It has been a month (13 August 2016) since I ordered this customised nameplate from this website! The day I ordered I called the customer care number to which the person picked up and said you'll receive a customisation call on tuesday (16 August 2016). Since then I haven't received a single call nor the contact number has been reachable after that. There is never COD option available in this site! I did the complete payment! I do not want the product I want a complete refund of the amount! Completely unprofessional behaviour! Was this information helpful? | |||||
