Mebelkart — Order not received from mebelkart even after 72 days | |||||
Order id: [protected] (4 items) (worth rs. 4, 676) placed through online furniture market www. mebelkart com on 3 may, 2016. I have placed order for 4 pieces of attractive fabric visitor chair (multicolor) by regent seating collection through www.mebelkart.com website for a total amount of rs.4, 647/- (rupees four thousand six hundred and forty seven only). they have accepted the orders and accordingly debited the amount from my credit card. Since there were no updates on this order i emailed and called their customer care number ([protected]) many times. After multiple calls and multiple email, i was told that the order was handed to the courier company for delivery. however, i called them after 10 days and they asked me to wait for another 2-3 days. after that, they never updated me the status and said will return a call and let me know the status.in the follow-up calls, they said they will refund if the items are not delivered in 10 days. Finally, today (ramesh, cce) said, since the order is hand-over to courier company, they will not refund the amount and they refuse to give me the courier tracking number. the executive ends the calls abruptly.
