[Resolved]  Mebelkart — Product not received nor the refund

I have ordered a wardrobe from this site on 08-may-16 order no [protected]. As of today there is no update on my order. I have paid the full amount of 16500 in advance. Their call center no [protected] is fake as it is always busy. I have raised various tickets on their site and every time i have been told via there automated response that this is under way and it will take 10 to 15 days more.
I have checked their facebook page and every one is complains about the same thing i. E. Cheat they have been doing.
Therefore i am requesting you to please help me to get my hard earned money back and please get this company closed as they are cheating people with money.

I ordered for 4 furniture items worth more than Rs.21000. Below is the letter that allowed to recover my money. READ, UNDERSTAND AND YOU TOO FOLLOW

Sub : Procedural formality for Initiation of legal action for non refund resulted upon cancellation of order - Reg
Ref : Order No 1) #[protected] (worth Rs.7821/-), Order No 2) #[protected] (worth Rs.7640/-) Order No 3) #[protected] (worth Rs.1791/-) and Order No 4) #[protected] (worth Rs.3866/-) placed through your online furniture market www.mebelkart com on 28/04/2016

Kindly refer to the above four orders. On 28/04/2016, I had placed these four orders through your website in reference for a total amount of Rs.21118/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousand One Hundred and Eighteen Only). You had accepted the orders and accordingly the said amount was debited from my Savings Bank Account No [protected] of SBT, Neyyattinkara Branch. through net banking facility.
Since there were no updates on these orders from your side and the time limit for shipping has also crossed, I tried to contact your office in the number given in your website ([protected]) almost 20 times. The only response I got is “All our customer support executives are busy and they will be attending you shortly”. Many days I tried to contact, but the response was same. Fortunately there was a chat facility that time, which seems to be removed by now. In the chat facility one Rimpsy, probably your staff responded that you have some vendor problems and hence the orders may get delayed and I can cancel my order if I wish. Since I didn’t wish to get delayed delivery, I asked them to cancel the order
Like wise I got a message dated 13/05/2016 19:44:15 which states that
“Hi Ragesh,
Greetings for the day,
With regards to your order, we would like to inform you that your order at Mebelkart has been cancelled and refund against the same is initiated. The amount of Rs 7821.00, Rs 7640.00, Rs 1791.00 and Rs 3866.00 shall be credited back into your same account which was used at the time of placing the order. It shall reflect into your account within 7-10 working days. If you have further query on the matter please write to us at [protected]@mebelkart com or call us on +91-[protected] (10:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday).

Since the said 7 to 10 working days were over, I raised many complaint tickets on different days at support.mebelkart.com with ticket numbers 56192, 58928, 59619, 60328, 60386. All the reply I got is almost the same and is as follows
“Hi Raghesh,

Greetings from Mebelkart.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have forwarded your details to the concerned team and will get back to you with further updates.”
There were no updates and now I have no other way except to initiate legal proceedings against your company for cheating. If you have any further clarifications in this matter, convey me with a reply mail within 14 days counting 31/05/2016 as the first day. Else take necessary steps to credit Rs. 21118/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousand One Hundred and Eighteen Only) in my account with in 14 days counting 31/05/2016 as the first day Treat this mail as Intimation before 2 reminders.

Treat this as a procedural formality before initiating legal proceedings. As this is my hard earned money, I don’t wish to get cheated in any way. Since I have no other way, I am sorry for the inconvenience that may occur to you from these procedures.

MY HUMBLE REQUEST IS DONT ALLOW THE THUGS TO EAT AWAY YOUR MONEY. GO EVEN THE LEGAL WAY TO RECOVER YOUR MONEY. I WAS PLANNING TO GO THE LEGAL WAY. PROBABLY THEY MIGHT HAVE SMELLED IT AND THEY CREDITED THE WHOLE MONEY IN TO MY ACCOUNT ON 02/06/2016. ANY ONE CAN PUBLISH THIS IS SOCIAL SITES ALSO FOR OTHERS SECURITY
