Issue 1: i have returned product on 9th july 2016 and they have not refunded the amount of rs. 6399 against order id: [protected].

Issue 2: my another order they have cancelled on 18th july 2016 due to unavailability from vendor, but they have not refunded of the amount rs. 22697 against order id: [protected].

Please help to short out the problem.
