[Resolved] Mebelkart — Return pick up is not being done even after attaching damaged product images | |||||
I ordered Orbit Pedestal Fan and got delivered by April 3rd 2016. The rod where the upper part of fan is to be landed was defective. Uploaded images and didn't get any response. After waiting long in customer care number hold..They said to again attach images still.I did. One day they said they have initiated the return pickup.So I packed everything. The other day they said seller doesn't accept the request and they informed cannot be returned. Wait...Its not over..Again the next day they told have initiated the pickup.Still no response for collecting the product. I have become mad from all this issue. They should say whether they will do or not.Not to create a confusion. Was this information helpful? | |||||
