Mebelkart — Waiting for delivery of product

Pls confirm my order status [protected].
I had paid full amount.
And it is showing approval.
Why it has not dispatched as per lead time it should be dispatched before 18th may 16.
But it is showing in approval.
I don't know why you people are cheating to customers and asking to write down 350 words.
If your team is incapable to resolve all complaints than pls add people in ur team.
But don't waste time of all customers.

Pls deliver it asap or refund my amount.
