[Resolved] Mebelkart — Worst customer care... No information about product | |||||
Hi, I have placed an order with Mebelkart, Order ID [protected]. Since last so many days, I have been trying to contact their customer care number but no response, have sent thousands of emails but no response. I need my money to be refunded or need the information on the product/delivery date etc. Also, if you can not keep your customer care number functioning and its always busy, no matter what time you call, better close your website, else people would be forced to lodge in a complaint against you.
