Good afternoon, I have trying to make a doctors appointment over the phone since yesterday. I was on hold for more than 8 minutes each time twice yesterday before i gave up. I tried making an appointment online before calling the hospital but the website was down and it didn't let me go to the past the password step, twice. Finally, i thought i should called the hospital to book the appointment. The first time (Around noon) i spoke to the person she said systems are down so she couldn't book an appointment with dr. Ashok kumar vaid right now, but she would call me back. She didn't called back even though i told her how important is it for me to meet the doctor today itself, if possible. After waiting for an hour i called the hospital back. This time i spoke to another person and she put me on hold and after 4 minutes, the phone was disconnnected. I would love to give you benifit of doubt, but this is insane that a person needs to wait for average 5-8min to even talk to anyone. It's highly unprofessional for hospital of this size. Thank you.
