Dear Sir/Ma'am,
My father has a problem in his leg .He want to check his feet to Neurology Doctor . so he go with the application of CMO and with BPL and It took 3 hours just for normal check-up and doctor didn't write the medicine even and while they are taking CMO application and BPL .They didn't say anything to us but they themselves are talking like they are from BPL the consultants doctor will see him .There Mindset is very bad about the BPL or EWS .

we should respect everyone if they are from poor family or they are from normal family.

Kindly take action against this and we are not satisfied with the services with the staff and even with Doctor.

    The quality of Medanta has severely diminished, I am very disappointed with the treatment I received- 0/5 stars. I did not enjoy my time with this therapist at all and regret all the monies I shelled out. Here are the reasons why:

    I paid for full hour-long sessions (1500Rs) but she’d only have a consultation for about 10-15 minutes . Within that, it was barely like therapy I’d experienced before. I didn’t even feel comfortable to being this up with the Dr because her behaviour implied I was clueless about therapy- v patronising and paternalistic.

    - Within the already shortened consultation, she kept on going out/ looking at her phone. Also, people have no respect. one person would enter the room every minute while inside, without even knocking. How can one expect to have therapy like this? It is very disrespectful- do they not teach etiquette to hospital staff?

    - She’d constantly make snide, patronising remarks about me. Some of her “jokes” were rude and inappropriate- I have never experienced a therapist talk to me like this. She had no right to do so, especially without establishing a good rapport with me. Making fun of someone’s condition and health is absolutely ridiculous for a healthcare professional.

    - I felt it was her against me, rather than her with me. I constantly brought up potential diagnoses and things I was struggling with but she always dismissed me and once even suggested I was doing so to “seek validation”. I had to really push to get assessed for conditions I thought I had, and turns out I did indeed have them. I never once felt supported by her.

    - After paying for the full assessment price, I still have not received my results, a few months later. I tried to incessantly contact the Dr- but heard nothing back. An assessment is already very expensive, for a working class man, this is a lot. This behaviour by the hospital was unacceptable

    -At numerous times I felt like I was being used for money, one time she even asked me to deposit money for a consultation into her bank account- I’ve never experienced this before. I felt me to have more therapy sessions, how can anyone have therapy with a judgemental Dr they don’t feel emotionally safe with?

    - Pls do not pay for online consultations! With people constantly entering the room and the already shortened time, it makes zero sense! Also, this Dr is not professional- she’d come in much later, not even apologise, and proceed ti have an even shorter session. She’d also have it on her phone instead of a PC so it just seemed very off- Medanta needs to have proper procedures for online calls!

    After this, I am never returning to Medanta for treatment. Absolute waste of money and time, the only things you get in return are long waiting times, unethical treatment and disrespect. Appalling standard of treatment!

      Sir, if any patient/guardian does not know that opd patient is not allowed to stay in Medanta hospital. Knowingly/unknowingly, if he stays for any reason, then the evening checking ✅ staff here, seeing whom they are fulfilling their duty in an unbehaviour manner without respect/respect of the person and do not lack in humiliating the patient. He keeps himself the best so that my name may not come up.

        I've taken two days in discussion with their telecallers, put right time appointment and as per update came before time. The people at the OPD kept delaying in the name of new registration. And that kept delaying, first they ask you to send email of the CD video and report, then they take the payment and all goes beautiful. After that one lady in the inner counter takes it ahead. First season happen around 1:30 hours of actual appointment time booked, and even then she again asks to send all these details over WhatsApp, then again gets delayed and by that time main doctor - Naresh Trehan goes to OT saying coming in 5 min. The chamber people has no idea when the doctor will come. Even responses looks very irritating and irresponsible. Such behaviour from such rated hospital is not acceptable at all. People take our their time, money and effort for health and get such treatment is unacceptable.

          My mother named Renu Arora has been admitted to medanta Lucknow on 11th April for shoulder surgery by Dr.saif.
          Operation was done on 12th April 2023
          Morning, and till today that is 13th april afternoon, no doctor came to see her and she was shouting in pain then also no emergency doctor came to see her ..the doctor who operated her atleast after surgery should take a round ..but no one came to see her n staff is also not listening anything.Please take proper action against after all it’s the life of patient not a game

            My mother(Renu Arora) is admitted on 11th April for shoulder surgery at medanta lucknow .
            Dr.saif did the surgery on 12th April morning and till now it’s afternoon 13th April no doctor has come to examine her ..she was shouting with pain at mrning today 7:00..and doctor has not yet come to take rounds ..Is this the way u jst operate a person and then not seeing your patient once ..staff also is so stubborn after continuous calling they come ..no one is there to assist her ..

              Hi, my name is praveen kumar, (my UHID - MR[protected]went medanta hospital ranchi on 21.01.2023 for whole body checkup, during USG WHOLE ABDOMAN 18 MM CALCULUS noted in neck of gallbladder and doctor in medanta told me operate and remove gallbladder as soon as possible, ifeel very sad and went many places for treatment but everywhere i heard that it is not possible to minimise the size of CALCULUS, and operation is the only treatment, it is the worst time period of my life and i feel mentally harasment, after some time i decided to operate my gallbladder and went to DR PREM KUMAR HOSPITAL in RANCHI on 14.02.2023, (only after 24 days of medanta report) they want fresh ULTRASOUND, After USG WHOLE ABDOMAN CHECKUP they found no calculus( any size) in my gallbladder.
              BOTH REPORT IS WITH ME.
              EITHER MEDANTA GIVE COMPENSATION OR I WILL SEND BOTH REPORT TO SOCIAL MEDIA AND LOCAL NEWS CANNEL

                After 1 hour of making us run from one dept to other the TPA desk finally had time to listen to our problem and told us to fill the pre approval form for hospitalisation without telling us which doctor we were supposed to contact further. this happened yesterday around 12-1pm. After submitting the form and requesting them to mail the same to the insurance company within 1-2 hour the dint mail the company till 4pm. After we came back to check they started arrogantly saying this process takes time. On further request they mailed the company with few documents missing.the company mailed TPA asking for documents yesterday 6pm to which the TPA dept has not yet mailed.its been 24hrs and the file is still pending. They are not answering the calls. Customer care is disconnecting the call right on our face. This rude and arrogant behaviour is not acceptable.
                We requested them a lot and told them about our situation as to why it was urgent but they turned a deaf ear.
                Medanta seriously this is how you treat your patient.

                      Medanta Patna is a perfect example of mismanagement starting from the facility to reception. I was denied entry to accompany my cancer patient in daycare on no legitimate ground. Rakesh Kumar Singh along with other facility staff seems mannerless, illiterate, arrogant & completely unprofessional. I doubt if the hospital is running some mischievous activity at the backend with patients and charging on unethical grounds. This matter deems serious investigation as it poses fraudulence and a life threat.

                      The hospital must clarify intention, apologize in writing on behalf of staff & should ensure no such repetition in the future, or else I will escalate the matter legally on criminal and defamation ground.

                        There is no order in which OPD patient is being called at OPD.
                        There is no fixed timing of availability of doctor attending OPD.
                        Even her secretary do not have any clue.
                        The patients are being treated in rude way.
                        It's clearly evident that doctor does not have any priority to see OPD patients.
                        However process of taking appointment and paying the OPD fee in advance is very smooth. After that you are left with your luck by this hospital.

                          Kindly check your discharge process as it is very inconvenient for patients and attendants. More over that the staff is very unprofessional, the nursing staff first kept on stacking the files to send at billing desk and when they sent the files, the person from billing desh returned them saying not to send in bulk instead send one by one. In this whole incident between two departments, patients and attendants are the one suffering. On inquiry about delay the staff at 2nd floor day care got rude and unprofessional.

                            Coordinators are not able to coordinate patient and docter in vascular division, Gurgaon even if docter is available in OPD. Docter always not available on time. I had to wait 2-2.5 hours every time i visited in vascular division despite the appointment. This causes pain to the patient both physically and mentally.

                              My father was admitted to Medanta gurgaon on 9.08.2022 at 6.00pm approx due to pulmonary thrombus and broken hip.He was about to discharge on 15.08.2022.
                              While observing the billing I found that many charges were irreverent and added just to fraud with me and hurt my feelings.while asking to sort the matter hospital harrassed me.I am already mentally weak due to my fathers condition, their excess billing tortured me .Kindly look into the matter or I have to take legal action against the hospital.

                                  Dr. Pankaj Wadhwa is not available on time we are waiting since 2 hrs and the receptionist doesn't have any information about the doctor will be available today or not and patient is waiting . The hospital should have correct information that doctor are available or not if the doctor is not available the hospital should not take any appointment for the doctor. It really irritating.

                                    Even in the presence of test slots it is not alloted to cghs patients and they were given slots after 2 months, while hospital take daily walkin patients.

                                      I, Mrs Reeta Raju, 58 years old, went for my review check up in Medanta- Gurugram today, 22/7/22 at 1:00p.m.
                                      I am a chronic case of Rheumatoid Arthritis & travel to Delhi from Chhattisgarh for my review check up every 3 months. My appointment was pre-booked with Dr Vinay Singhal. Since I was travelling and did not carry my report in hard copy, I took the print of the scanned documents & reports.

                                      The doctor misbehaved with me at not bringing the original copy & file. Though all the reports were present, he did not look at the reports. He made sarcastic remarks & did not give proper consultation.
                                      My blood report was supposed to be signed by him for the purpose of reimbursement. He did not bother to put his signature on my recent blood report.

                                      I am not satisfied with the service provided. Please take proper action.
                                      I look forward to a better experience at Medanta next time I come for my review.

                                        I visited Dr Vipin Chand Tyagi for my mother’s knee problem. The doctor simply asked us to get a X Ray without sharing any information on what he was planning to do. He was in a rush to leave and stood up and started walking towards the door. When I commented that he may be in a rush, he said consultancy is only for 10 mins and he had given 15. He may be technically qualified, but he is not equipped to handle people
