R sir,
My father was admitted to Medanta gurgaon on 9.08.2022 at 6.00pm approx due to pulmonary thrombus and broken hip.He was about to discharge on 15.08.2022.
While observing the billing I found that many charges were irreverent and added just to fraud with me and hurt my feelings.while asking to sort the matter hospital harrassed me.I am already mentally weak due to my fathers condition, their excess billing tortured me .Kindly look into the matter or I have to take legal action against the hospital.

    Staff is too ignorant they only say to do work each other but no one can done there is only wait... for patients. manneres less staff only there.

      Dr. Pankaj Wadhwa is not available on time we are waiting since 2 hrs and the receptionist doesn't have any information about the doctor will be available today or not and patient is waiting . The hospital should have correct information that doctor are available or not if the doctor is not available the hospital should not take any appointment for the doctor. It really irritating.

        Problems/discrimination faced by CGHS patients

        A money sucking machine,
        Even in the presence of test slots it is not alloted to cghs patients and they were given slots after 2 months, while hospital take daily walkin patients.
        Hipocracy at its best,
        It's MD says make them wait "CGHS are free patients "...

        I, Mrs Reeta Raju, 58 years old, went for my review check up in Medanta- Gurugram today, 22/7/22 at 1:00p.m.
        I am a chronic case of Rheumatoid Arthritis & travel to Delhi from Chhattisgarh for my review check up every 3 months. My appointment was pre-booked with Dr Vinay Singhal. Since I was travelling and did not carry my report in hard copy, I took the print of the scanned documents & reports.

        The doctor misbehaved with me at not bringing the original copy & file. Though all the reports were present, he did not look at the reports. He made sarcastic remarks & did not give proper consultation.
        My blood report was supposed to be signed by him for the purpose of reimbursement. He did not bother to put his signature on my recent blood report.

        I am not satisfied with the service provided. Please take proper action.
        I look forward to a better experience at Medanta next time I come for my review.

          I visited Dr Vipin Chand Tyagi for my mother’s knee problem. The doctor simply asked us to get a X Ray without sharing any information on what he was planning to do. He was in a rush to leave and stood up and started walking towards the door. When I commented that he may be in a rush, he said consultancy is only for 10 mins and he had given 15. He may be technically qualified, but he is not equipped to handle people

            I need to talk to the highest management of your Hospital as soon as possible.
            Your Faculty is so careless and i can’t believe your casual approaches towards us.
            I am Vivek Kumar Gupta,
            My wife Amita Gupta is admitted to your hospital in lucknow on 15/07/2022
            because of a deep wound in her left hand, and she is now going to appear for a plastic surgery.
            She got injured because of your sharp infrastructure which was no less sharp than a knife .
            She got injured so badly that it is requiring a plastic surgery.
            Your management was so casual even in emergency and wanted us to do all the registration formalities first.
            Dr. Anirudh Puri I specifically mention him who is the plastic surgeon and who looked into everything is no less than a businessman.
            Atleast be a human being first money cannot feed you humanity.
            He played with us with his words he was careless and he just added bills to us.
            He gave us an estimated cost of ₹30000-₹35000 and now he has runned up our bill to ₹53000 approx. and maybe it can go up now too.
            We are a normal man, not rich,
            we were unable to manage things all of a sudden and they all pressured us for money and formalities.
            It all started with your management’s fault and we are still suffering.
            Your infrastructure will cost someone his life someday this way.
            If my wife suffers any danger to anything then your hospital, your careless degraded faculty will be responsible for everything .
            For you all 1 life is not valuable but for me she is my everything.

            No one is ready to accept the situation and everyone is blaming my wife for this.
            No one can injure themselves this way.
            Please check the CCTV i am willing it deadly now.
            Everyone over here is just for making Bills .
            I need to talk to the highest authority as soon as possible else i have to take legal actions against you.
            I will go everywhere for this because you all have worsened everything your medanta hospital is just a business who plays with lives of others.
            I need to talk and it’s very urgently important.

              Ayushman CAPF/ platinum desk

              Very bad behaviour by the ayushmaan CAPF desk/platinum desk... Medanta is making new rules for troubling people unnecessaryly under ayushmaan CAPF... Every time for billing we had to go down pls stop making such a worse rules... These are very painful for soldier s stop this medanta...

              Patient treatment decide by doctor or cordinator. I am from ECHS . My father treatment in urology department. But cordinator are not able to cordinate patient and doctor. My father are not treated in hospital even not referring other hospital.this decision by Ms pooja Rana. Pls help us.

                Unnecessary Harassment and extra charges

                I am renu chandna and my id is MM01919761. I am taking the treatment of cancer by Dr Ashok Vaid from last one year.
                Today the 27/05/2022 my 17th dose of trastuzumab is scheduled and some other test are also due. I am satisfied customer of your hospital from last one year.
                I came on 9.15 am at hospital and for opd Dr devender sharma was there. He told me that RTPCR is necessary for admission. But i showed him my discharge summary...

                Medanta The Medicity — No facility for bed in Serious condition
                Hi Team,

                I have bad experience about Medanta medcity hospital as there is no confirmation of bed after the fixed date of surgery. I came here from Gwalior for my father surgery on 20th May and surgery date has been fixed on 22nd May still I am struggling for bed for further treatment. I am looking for bed, talked staff and they stated here is no confirmation for bed and no idea I will get bed and I will receive call. I called 8 times but still there is no confirmation and my father's condition is going in serious but there is no facility for bed here.
                My father is in serious condition and don't know when I will get bed. I am not able to understand should I continue treatment in MEDANTA as there is no bad facility after the confirmation of surgery date. There is no treatment on time even patient in serious condition.

                    Complaint - Serious concern ( hygiene / Harassments)

                    Dear Team,
                    My patient is admitted to room no 4502 and my patient ID is MM02287816.I am going to file an official complaint about the room service / Hygiene and cleanness.
                    This morning i.e. 10th May @7:30 AM, the bedsheet was changed, and it was full of other patients' hair. This is a serious concern considering the situation (Covid) and Medanta's reputation to provide a world-class facility. I am worried as this is the situation...

                    Paediatric urologist Dr virendra said the disease I suffer from is just a small issue due to nerve tensions around my genitals and is all based upon my genital erection, therefore prescribed pain killers and told to get an x-ray and WhatsApp her the report.
                    She was rude and didn't even attend my WhatsApp messages. Plus her diagnosis and prescription seem to be baseless after I followed up Dr Raman, quite helpful urologist of gurgaon.

                    I really fear now if medanta has real doctors or just the people wearing white coats.

                        I have been visiting Medanta Medicity for my father. From past 5 weeks they have been diagnosing the problem with his health.

                        Firstly, they misplaced the tissue sample and I had to pay for alternative tests and the amount for that alternative test was more than double. I am still waiting for the final reports because they are facing some technical issue and not able to connect to doctors who will assess and issue the report.

                        The doctor expects patients and attendents to know the medical terms and the staff are rude. Even doctors do not call their sample\test depart and ask patients or attendents to run between the multiple floors and get the information. The staff don't know how long it takes to get any type of report and their operations team is just communicating to say they are "sorry for the inconveniences".
                        Their staffs gather to do gossip but do not know who to contact before discharge of in-patients. Since the same test cannot be performed immediately I cannot take my father somewhere and just waiting for their report. His situation is not improving as doctor cannot start medication until set gets the report. In short, I only have to call them and ask when can I expect the report.

                        Is this what we expect from a renowned multi speciality hospital?

                        Any help to expedite the process and communication will be appreciated.

                          My name is MUKHTAR Ahmed and I am from Srinagar Jammu Kashmir and I would like to raise an issue here regarding my recent appointment through video consultation with Dr Vinay Goyal of Medanta the Medcity, the same doctor had given me the appointment at 9:30 AM on 15th of March2022 and when I joined the video conference at 9:30 AM the same doctor reported at 11:30 AM.
                          I humbly requested to the doctor that I was waiting for two long hours for you to show up to which he Started uttering very disrespectful words. The treatment he suggested I never took that because the attitude of this doctor is very pathetic he needs counselling himself and doesn’t need to be in the Medanta.
                          I have consulted other doctors in Medanta as well who are very generous and caring about their patients but the same neurologist Dr Vinay Goyal to my knowledge and experience is a very rude and an arrogant Doctor Who doesn’t know the medical ethics and how to treat a patient.
                          I am writing this complaint otherwise I would have lodged a police complaint against the same doctor but I am giving this final warning to the same doctor to mend his behaviour plus I would like my consultation fee to be refunded with a written apology letter from this doctor otherwise I would complain to the medical Council of India regarding his pathetic behaviour and also lodge a police complaint against him.

                            I have been calling your hospital since Monday (28 Feb) regarding information about the above test. On Monday, after a considerable time, I could get connected to the department of Nuclear medicine where I was told that as the dye used for the test was not available, I should call after a day. On Tuesday, though the person took so much time and asked so many questions, he didn't connect me to the concerned department but assured me, I would get a call back. After waiting for more than 24 hours, I called again but the same story was repeated and I was just holding the phone and waiting for the information endlessly. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND, COURTESY ALONE IS NOT ENOUGH, ONE NEEDS REQUIRD SERVICE. IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN GET IT? I RESIDE AT NOIDA AND CAN'T COME GO YOUR HOSPITAL WITHOUT A CONFIRMED INFORMATION.

                              I am unable to reach the TPA people on phone. The IVR on the phone number +[protected] is faulty. The second number +[protected] does not even ring! How do I contact the TPA team without having to go to the hospital myself ???

                                I booked an appointment with Dr Pinky Goel the pulmonologist. She was very rude and wanted to finish the call within 5 minutes of starting the conversation. When I asked about details, she didn't want to explain and rudely said that I will not understand medical terms. After I pushed back, she hung up abruptly.
                                After which I tried to talk to coordinator and he said that doctor is busy.
                                Very unprofessional behavior.
                                AVOID MEDANTA AT ALL COSTS. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I FACE THIS PROBLEM WITH THEIR DOCTORS.
