I don’t know what to do next no one is picking up my call.

    The extremely good surgeon, coordination OPD service has a horrendous complement in inpatient experience. Also note that i have photographs of some of the issues which i will put on social media on discharge -
    1. Water spilled in the washrooms (not by patient) 0 there from start - not being cleaned for hours by housekeeping. and you guys go on about falls - i think you are responsible for falls PHOTOS TAKEN
    2. Used syringes left carelessly in the room and not disposed. PHOTOS TAKEN
    3. In the pandemic time, bedpens are shared between rooms - this was so scary and so so unhygienic. I had to complain to ensure an individual bedpen. patient waited for 1 hour to pass stool since in post ops and then for room there was no bedpen
    4. No sanitiser, no tissues in the room, no towels in the washroom. PHOTOS TAKEN
    5. Male GDA being sent for female patient - unforgivable
    6. Only 2 options for attendant food both of whom dont serve unless you make multiple reminders. Calls from our room will show records of multiple calls
    7. INitial complaint efforts led to just the phone being put down and shoving teh complaint under the carpet. Ensured that at our end we spoke politely but still
    Finally when i got tsuck a supervisor came to resolve hygiene issues but there is something seriously wrong. I hope the surgeons leave Medanta to go to Max so that as patients we get both great doctors and great inpatient experience. learn form max

        Is to bring to your notice notice that my Patient, Mahesh Prasad Gupta was admitted on 12 th October 20210 for HE related issue under Dr Randhir Sud. He was shifted to ICCU.
        Today when we shifted him to Room 4118, we found server skin peeling at his back in place of buttock area.
        He was admitted with normal skin and now patient is in deep pain and suffering due to nursing negligence.
        There was no skin specialist referred, no ointment applied and no care done even after regular patient complaints for pain and burning sensation due to which it became very severe.
        We have been in medanta almost for last 5-6 months and there was never any skin related issue in past. This time it happens due to complete negligence and bad care at ICCU .
        I strongly recommend to take a strict action again this. I am attaching pictures for reference.

          Yesterday 13/10/2021 we are sended a patient to your ranchi Medanta for AV fistula Surgery after phone appointment and confirmation from Dr Siddarth Mishra. Mrs shanti singh 59/f she's diagnosed with CKD Stage 5. She is already admitted Samford hospital Ranchi. The doctor told me to send the patient at 11am . We sended the patient through our ambulance. 7:30 pm on the same day sister came told to patient attendant (kshitiz singh [protected]) today is not possible for surgery you may go back. Then again I called dr Siddarth Mishra he told me am ready to do the surgery but sisters are not ready for extra duty. Then I talked with 2 sisters and OtTechnitian mr Ratan all are denained our request. They told me our last bus from hospital is at 8:40 after that we will not get any transportation facilities. Patient attendant already deposited 18000 cash in your counter. He go and talked with counter regarding the above matter they told to him we can't do anything. They are charge rs 2000 from patient for bed charges. Patient go back to samford hospital at 9:pm .10 hr patient stayed in your hospital.
          Please lookout this matter and do needful. Thanking you

              Patuent is in serious condition but no one responding or sharing the report. Everyday im getting new date and everytime my calls are put on hold.

                Misbehave by security personnel

On 09 Oct at around 16:45pm when I entered and requested security personnel to park my vehicle near exit gate where already two three vehicles were parked of sepoy of Haryana police, MCD staff.                 We were given the time slot of 9 am.And now it's been 9 hrs since they took the patient in the pre OT. Since 1pm we are being told that they will take the patient in an hour.And till now there is no undertaking. The patient is being operated for haemorrhoidectomy.And the doctor in charge is Dr.Kapil Kumar. We are really looking forward for better management. And hoping not to wait for so so long.

                  Hi i wanted to file a complaint against hr staff. Poonam is in hr and she is very impolite. I wanted to a complaint against her. I had to get my foreign verification done and i just called her around 10 am. I phoned her from canada around 1 pm in the night. When i called her, she just satrted shouting at me that why you people call early in the morning. We are not free here. She is just so rude. I want the department to look into this matter and do something about it. I dont want other people to suffer as i did. We just want the verifications done, and its our right to get it as we worked in medanta. And moreover our future depends on such verifications. She works in gurugram hospital hr staff. Thanks a lot.

                    At Medanta The Medicity Hospital, I had lip deformity surgery on 26/08/21. Name of the doctor who performed the surgery Dr. Aditya Aggarwal. Stitches are cut on 6/09/21. On 25/9/21 I looked in the mirror and found that a portion of the stiches were still attached to my lip.
                    When the stitches were being removed on 6/08/21, in the end, I told both the doctor staff and the nurse that once you see if there are any stitches left, then both of them said without seeing that all the stitches have been removed. .
                    Due to the carelessness of the doctor staff who removed the stitches, a part of the stitches is still stuck on the inner part of my lip.
                    If Doctor Aditya Aggarwal is a well qualified doctor then how can he keep such careless and insensitive staff. Now who will take the responsibility for this.
                    I did not expect that the doctors of Medanta The Medicity Hospital can make such mistakes. Whereas the doctor of Medanta Hospital charges as many times as he visits to check the recovery of the same surgery.

                    On 20/08/21, when the doctor went to inquire about the surgery, he said that whatever swelling would be there, it would be over in 5 to 7 days.

                    27/08/21 Even after being discharged from the hospital, the doctor and the doctor's staff said that the swelling would be over in 5 to 7 days.

                    When the doctor called on 30/08/21, on that day he said that it will take some time for the swelling to go away.

                    When the doctor called on 6/09/21, the swelling was more at that time, so it was said by the doctor that this swelling would go away in one to two months.

                    When the doctor called on 24/09/21, the swelling was too much at that time, so the doctor said that it will take 6 more months for this swelling to go away and it will take one year to get completely cured.

                    #### If the swelling was to take 3-4 months to go away then the doctor should have been told before the surgery. So I think about whether to have surgery or not but before surgery the doctor said that 90–95% recovery will be done and swelling will be over in 5-7 days.

                        Patient Geeta Yadav is admitted in medanta hospital since last 4 days, her HB (Hemoglobin) is low it's 5.5 so till now she have been served with 3 drips (bottle of blood) and the senior and junior staff is working great but the problem is with nursing staff they are not taking patient seriously, we are paying to get best facility but we are left with disappointments, this complain not only about my mother but for every patient who have no one with them, I hope you'll take strict acting against it.

                          My father madan mohan ahuja is in emergency and he was supposed to be allotted ward no 5701 today sept 15 2021 the process was all done but at the time of taking him to ward the ppl incharge cut his name on the allotment list and gave it to someone who had some approach in hospital and they had the courage to tell my mom that the person who was vacating the room is now not discharged yet he will be discharged tomm morning
                          How can they do like this and what is management doing how are they running such a big hospital pls help in getting award bed for my father madan mohan ahuja he is in in emergency since morning and they don’t give beds because we r thru Cghs panel thebess on top floors remain empty and reserved for foreigners so that the hosp mints money but what about citizens if india????

                            I have gone to Medanta Lucknow hospital with my daughter on 28.08.2021 for GI Surgery. Dr. has recommended for HPB/KBU and other Pathology reports. I have consulted to Ultrasound department and request for HPB/KBU 12.30 P.M.. Counter clerk/nurse said to me that call hotline No.[protected] and book ultrasound appointment. I have requested to clerk/nurse that my daughter is empty stomach and I have come to Kanpur. She has replied that without appointment USG is not possible. I have booked appointment dated on 30.08.2021 time 1.30 PM. I have reached dated 30.08.2021 time 10.00 A.M. for Ultrasound and waiting our number. At 11.30 A.M Two Patients have come to counter and request for ultrasound without appointment. Counter clerk/nurse said to him please deposit fees to the counter and after one hour your ultrasound is done. Those patients were waiting after deposit the amount. I have surprised that clerk/nurse have called both person for ultrasound. I have complaint for this act. She said to me that it is my jurisdiction. Your appointment is 1.30 PM. Take your seat and waiting your number. I said to her that I will complain above act. She said to me that as you like. Before this two patients are already return without appointment.

                              On the date of 15-Aug, we faced medical emergency(fit attack) on delhi terminal 2. From the medanta clinic located there, one doctor checked the patient and asked to shift to the near by medanta hospital.

                              For checking the patient they asked for 3000 rs and said that I will not allow patient to travel for 24 hrs. Then he asked us to move patient in near by medanta hospital which is 24 min away from airport. They take patient in Ambulence where patient was sitting normally like in a Cab. They have made bill of Rs. 3500 for the ambulance.

                              Doctor gave prescription and as per that hospital team had started treatment.

                              MRI report should be required to done but the team had refused for the same and told that today is sunday so it will not done.

                              After some argument they agreed for the MRI scanning, and in that scanning there was a queue(if they don't sacn MRI on sunday then why there was a queue)

                              MRI and X-Ray of the patient had been done there, and as per the doctor report it is normal.

                              As we had next flight to catch, on the same day we asked for the scan copy of the MRI and X-Ray.

                              Scan copies of X-Ray and MRI must be provide immediately and it is totally normal.
                              But I don't know why the team had refused to provide us on that time.
                              We had told them that we have next flight to catch but they were not responding.

                              They told that it will be given after 24 hours. As per that response they were forcing us to stay for 24 hours.
                              As we have no relative and patient was normal, we got discharged from the hospital. Even for the discharge process they were not giving responses.

                              Now I need scan copies of the MRI and X-Ray scans for further treatment.

                              I discussed with the customer care team, among the four people, two people had cut the call in between the discussion and another two had told me that any person has to come and collect the reports from the hospital only.

                              I have cleared all the bills(airport bill, ambulance bill, report bill, bed bill), so it is my right to receive that copy. And it is hospital's responsibility to deliver the same to the customer.

                              As medanta clinic has been opened on airport, it is usual that on airport majority travelers are not from Delhi. This type of hospitals are representing our county in medical facility, then how can tourist trust our country India.

                              Even I as a domestic traveler never put my feet in Delhi's so call reputed hospital.

                              As it is the emergency case from airport, hospital must have to provide courier service if your team has no ability provide scans on time(which common in normal small cities diagnosis center).

                              In our kind of case, I really need that report here and for the hospital it is just the scans for which already they have collected money and after some days those will be considered as garbage.

                              Hope after this complaint, I will get repose and help.

                                To be very precisely, i (Neeraj Saini ) on 12th of August 2021 visited Medanta hospital, gurugram at 11:00 A.M in urology deptt. and took appointment with Dr. Sachin Arakere Nataraj ( urology ) and complained about Frenulum pain .
                                He advised me for small surgery under daycare ( outpatient summary attached) along with two test for diabities/sugar and asked me to fetch details from his assistant Mr. Panchdeo Shukla . Being a government employee, my organisation put me under insurance cover with national insurance under TPA ( paramount ) and with this detail I approached Shukla ji and he advised me to fill TPA form and given me an appointment on 18th aug 2021 for surgery and asked me to take both the test suggested by Dr . Sachin.
                                As suggested by Dr. Sachin i gave sample for both the test on same day and again returned to Mr P. Shukla with required documents for filing with TPA .
                                Further he asked me to submit all documents along with outpatient summary and estimated calculation sheet ( copy attached ) for approval at counter no. 5 (TPA counter ).
                                After submitting all required documents at counter no 5, i again approached Mr. P. Shukla for asking any further requirements if any pending at my end.
                                He said nothing is required now and after getting approval from TPA my expenses against my medical treatment will be born by insurance company under cashless mode .
                                After going through all this procedure i left for home at around 05:00 PM with a thought to get my surgery appointment fixed at 18th of Aug 2021 early in the morning .
                                Being a salaried employee i need to inform in advance to my employer about my leave, which i did in due course and get it approved .
                                On 17th of aug 2021 i thought to ask doctor about pre surgery precautions, so i called him and he said ' YES YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR TOMORROW FOR AFORESAID SURGERY BUT BEFORE THAT YOU HAVE TO TAKE A COVID TEST AND GET REST DETAILS FROM MR. P. SHUKLA '
                                After hearing from doctor, shuklaji send me test details on wassup and he send me below test -
                                • CBC, LFT, KFT
                                • Coagulation Profile – (PT, aPTT, INR)
                                • Viral Marker – (HIV, HCV, HBsAg)
                                • Urine Routine & Microscopy
                                • Urine Culture & Sensitivity
                                • Chest X Ray (Upper Ground floor, Radiology)
                                • ECG - (3rd Floor)
                                I got surprised and equally tensed that how am i supposed to go through all these test including covid in a day, when my surgery is due for next day early morning .
                                Anxiously i called Mr. shukla to clear this situation he put me into and he replied ' mujhe nae pata apke or doctor ke bich me kya hue h mujhe unhone bola test karne honge operate krne se pahale, baki m doctor se bat krke confirm kr lu.
                                After that i called doctor again and he replied he can't explain anything ask shukla ji
                                and again i called shukla ji he said ' i dont know what doctor communicated to you inside closed room and if you come without test report they will return me back without surgery'
                                This is so unfortunate behaviour of staff representing a prestigious hospital like medanta .It is a blessing in disguise that on 17/08/2021 i called doctor and Mr. shukla to take pre surgery advise, if not then where am i supposed to go if in case i get to hospital today i.e 18/08/2022 for my scheduled surgery.
                                I just get simply refused for my scheduled surgery inspite of any omission at my end .I am preparing my self mentally for almost a week for this small surgery ( as suggested by doctor ), took almost all approval from my TPA, took advance leave from my employer
                                Neither doctor nor your staff bothered to intimate me about any pre surgery test but what they did is just refused to attend me properly and start blaming each other .
                                Surgery and/or treatment may be small for any doctor but it is much concerning for any patient at a point and same it is for me . Leaving all hospital behind in gurugram, i came to Medanta and paid what required and in return I must be guided properly by your staff and i think this is not very much a patient demands.

                                  Hello sir/madam
                                  I used to come medanta for last 6-7 years but this time my pateint is admitted on 5th floor on private room no -4521 by the name mahesh Chand jain
                                  But this time we are facing a huge management problem there is a big problem of pantry staff and GDA staff there is no proper staff I am very-very disappointed by the behaviour and there is also a less staff . And the nursing staff is too short each nursing staff having duty on 4-5 rooms so how she helps on time
                                  At the last we not expecting this type of service from medanta
                                  It’s really disappointed
