In my eyes it is a very serious matter. On humanitarian grounds it would be recommended by all the humans.
I am the father of Dr. Shilpa Mehndiratta (Patient no MMID[protected] who was working in N.C.T Delhi as NRHM doctor. She was posted at Salhapur Kheri dispensary village situated in Delhi. While serving in this dispensary she became the corona patient. She was so deeply affected there that her oxygen level reached up to 38 at last we got her admitted in Medanta medicity hospital. She was admitted there in ICU 7 under the Kind supervision of respectable Dr. Yatin Mehta who took pains and initiative to give all the support and decent treatment. After the recovery from corona he ordered her to shift in a non covid ward ICU 12. This unit was also under this very hard working and painstaking honorable Dr. Yatin Mehta.
After the complete recovery from corona her oxygen level was improved and was brought upto 90. And then patient Shilpa Mehndiratta was shifted to the ward which was under the supervision of Dr. Anand Jaiswal. There were few big and unpardonable mistakes in general he has committed –
1. Patient needed few more days of doctor’s supervision and attention to this serious patient.
2. Doctor discharged her when patient was on oxygen and in indischargeable condition. She was in the grip of hypertension, weak lungs due to lungs infection, breathing problem, Polycystic ovarian syndrome (OSA), Hepatitis resolving, sepsis candida enterococcus recovering above all she was having so many heart diseases that for at least few days she needed the treatment from cardiologist. Dr. Anand Jaiswal gave the push to this very patient who had already been cured from corona i.e. from the previous Dr. Yatin Mehta who had done the serious efforts and brought her upto this very level. This was only due to that she belongs to the doctor community only this was the reason that Dr. Mehta had been taking the keen and deep interest. But that Dr. Jaiswal has pushed her into the ditch just for dying. He gave the discharge while she was taking the serious dosage of injection and medicines above all she could not stand and walk herself.
She was taking these serious injections and medicines.
1. Injection FRAGMIN 5000 S/C twice daily.
2. Injection TYGECYLINE 50 mg I/V twice daily for 5 days.
3. Injection ANIDULAFUNGIN 100 mg for 5 days.

There were 3 injections per day were to be injected under the supervision of the expert sister that also in the ward of the hospital and with the kind indirect supervision of a doctor.

Further the sister did not explain that what precautions were to be taken. How to give in and how much quantity, at what time and what time gap the medicine is to be given. The sister in-charge is also responsible.

My Daughter has died she was earning a good salary i.e. less than One lakh twenty thousand approx.
The Killer of my Daughter is only Dr. Jaiswal and the sister who did not explained how to give the medicine after how much gap and what precautions had to be taken while giving injections. This only happened when the attendant was receiving the discharge slip from this very counter.

Now my humble request is there should be taken strict and stern action against them so that they may not play with the lives of the patients who are coming for treatment from their hands.
Sir I want justice from your kind hands. I am very sure that you will give me the justice by taking action against these two culprits.

    Doctor would not come on time the slot given by the Medanta Medicity Hospital is 11:50 am but the doctor wouldn't come till 2:00 pm the Doctor name is Dr. Praveen Chandra so it's a request to change my doctor and give me the appointment of Dr. Terehan it's a humble request from my side.

      Good morning i am Akhilesh Dwivedi i have given blood at 1 may 2021 to patient Rudra pratap singh. Please do not given my blood to this patient. This patient didn't have my any relation .his father forcelly given blood by me.so please did not given my blood.

        I manjeet singh from harchandpur raebareli i have taken the video call appointment of Dr.Ruchita sharma on 20th April 2021 and the confirmation date was given by medanta on 20th and my appointment was on 23rd april 2021. I paid Rs. 1000 to medanta by online payment for the appointment, but mine and mrs. Preetam kaur video call appointment was not happened. So I requesting to you that whether refund my money or give me new appointment of dr Ruchita sharma.. If you did not give me appointment or refund my money I will take legal action against medanta hospital.

          My patient Mr Kuldip Singh was admitted in Medanta hospital - Lucknow, in emergency ward and he expired on 1:30 am on[protected].

          He was carrying a mobile phone along with him which is missing from the final belongings handed over to us.

          Please find the details as mentioned below:

          Name of Pateint- Kuldip Singh
          Emergency Ward no. 22, Medanta Lucknow
          Duration of hospitalisation- 14 April to 22 April
          Date and time of death- 01:30 AM 22 April
          Missing mobile details- Samsung Galaxy M30 Blue colour.

          Please help to locate the mobile phone since it is missing from the belongings handed over to the attendant.

            Very bad service in Medanta hospital, very high cost of every test still report not provide in time period, staffs are not suporting, everyone work only for money not for good service, our patient report pending from 10 days, they are not asking about patient.They do not cure the patient but bother them.

              I have been trying to admit my husband who is a COVID patient. I called the emergency number a while ago, but thay refused saying that there is no bed available. I do not understand the dynamics. For a hospital like Medanta, is this way to address such critical situation?? If there is no beds, it is not The Hospital's responsibility to organise for more more beds given the current cases in Gurgaon. I do not beleive that Medanta does not have the bandwidth, but the intention is not there clearly to treat COVID patient. May be it is not so lucrative.

                My father adimit in6/4/21in 6ovlock I submitted documents icu department in 10 am I called many time for documents complete than they call me 4 pm for document I collected and ho in tpa but documents not complete I again go icu and documents waha deke aaya again I called many time then I collected documents but as it is no complete again I called staff in 6 th flour they misbehaved me ki hamari koi galati nhi hai 😳this is not hospital this is only proffecin mr terhan kyu apna banaya hua salo ka nam kharab kar rahe hai idont know 😒

                  This is with regard to in patient Mrs. Pooja Mehta in room ni. 5105 at Medanta, Gurugram.

                  The insurance query from Star insurance was raised on 03rd April, 2021 which is not yet answered from your side. To top it, we have been sent the bill. Despite repeated reminders every day, the query is still not answered.

                  Such casual reaponse from a hospital of your repute is not expected. Kind respond to this ASAP and treat this as utmost urgent.

                      My father is a heart patient and done by pass surgery from your hospital in 2017. Every year he is taking yearly follow up health check up but today some how in an some emergency I need to consult doctor or doctor assistant . Your good receptionist provide me doctor assistant phone numbers I tried so many time but this careless person not respond any single time . These careless people in future may be responsible for some one death better take strict action against him .

                          We visted Medanta on 1st Mar’21 and were surprised to see multiple negligences on the part of the hospital wrt. Maintaining social distancing for Covid.
                          1)No temperature checks at entrance
                          2) No social distancing in lifts- no restriction on the number of people allowed at a time in the lift

                            My mother is the existion paitent of medanta gurugram since last 5 yearsje is suffing from covid from last two day
                            I was conferm to medanta gurugram for admission in emergency medanta staff was says "le aayie emergency me admit karenge phir koi ward khali hoga to ward me shift kr denge"
                            But when i was reach to medanta from 800km
                            They are strictly denied for admission
                            This is so asshamed behavior of medanta gurugram #staff

                            I was never ever prefered and suggest to anyone for medanta hospitals (any state across india)

                              Hospital takes 2-3 days to give report of ct scan and mri in Medanta nmch, patna.please solve this issue immediately so that patients don't suffer too much of difficulty.

                                On 10th March I had to rush to HCC (heart ICU), since the admitted father’s sugar medicine was not given. Doctors have stopped it and now his sugar goes up and they give insulin when it crosses 180. He has been taking metformin 500mg since decade and it controls his sugar.
                                After reaching HCC I found no duty doctor present to talk! They called the specialist on duty doctor for this purpose who asked us to wait until morning to discuss this. Basically wait and watch and give insulin if needed.
                                I have lots of issue with HCC in Medanta with following concerns:
                                1. No duty doctor at time scary
                                2. Nurse staff does not know much
                                3. Nurse staf[censored]ndertrained and struggle to get sample and make extra prick to patients
                                4. Too many doctor prescribing things without having internal coordination.
                                5. Doctors passing responsibility to each other department internally
                                6. We don’t have main doctor contact number to discuss anything in case of emergency. We need to rely on his visit or reach them in day time only

                                Overall I am concern with my fathers health and want Medanta take this seriously and not create further problems for his health.

                                  My father was told Instantly today in the morning to get discharge. At the time of admission 3 days ago we gave the Cigna insurance policy number and today at the time of discharge they confirmed they haven’t received any policy details and filed the claim with the insurance company after wasting 3 hours. TPA department harassed my family and said they can’t before settling the claim which was a cashless policy and should have been set with the company.

                                  My father is still at the lobby and tpa department is sending me emails asking to provide HPN letter. How can a customer provide this information, it should be settled between Cigna and the hospital.

                                  They intentionally delayed and wasted whole day which led to extreme stress and pressure for my family.

                                  I will like to first file this official complaint before going to senior authorities.

                                    Regarding above I am sorry to inform you that till date no communication has established with Dr. Rajneesh Kapoor while I have paid Rs. 1000/- against consultation fee(video consultation).pl.note my angioplasty done by Dr.Rajneesh Kapoor and his team on 15/2/21.pl.also note I purchased medicines for 15-20 days, which are going to be finished soon.nobody is picking my phone.In this situation what should I do. Who will responsible if any unusual incidence happens with me (Patient).
                                    So, I request you pl.look into the matter and arrange video conferencing with Dr. Rajneesh Kapoor

                                      My mother is admitted in Medanta ICU-Ranchi.The administration of the hospital is worst, no one is properly trained how to behave with the patient/attended. Everyone is fearless .if you complaint about them always they reply do whatever you can do..or complain to anyone.

                                      They are spoiling the renowned brand of Medanta Hospital.

                                      Finally I will not recommend to anyone to go Medanta. Bad experience..

                                        After taking the consultation fee of Rs.1000/-on dt.24/2/2021 & also confirming the appointment, suddenly they cancelled the appointment without proper information.Now nobody is picking the phone. Kindly arrange the next appointment with proper information as I have already payed the fees.
