We visted Medanta on 1st Mar’21 and were surprised to see multiple negligences on the part of the hospital wrt. Maintaining social distancing for Covid.
1)No temperature checks at entrance
2) No social distancing in lifts- no restriction on the number of people allowed at a time in the lift...

My mother is the existion paitent of medanta gurugram since last 5 yearsje is suffing from covid from last two day
I was conferm to medanta gurugram for admission in emergency medanta staff was says "le aayie emergency me admit karenge phir koi ward khali hoga to ward me shift kr denge"
But when i was reach to medanta from 800km
They are strictly denied for admission
This is so asshamed behavior of medanta gurugram...

Hospital takes 2-3 days to give report of ct scan and mri in Medanta nmch, patna.please solve this issue immediately so that patients don't suffer too much of difficulty....

Myself dr k l Mishra md in pathology, i brought my mother to emergency dept Medanta hosp lucknow on 15 March 2021 in the evening with the case of heart failure.
Emergency Sequrity staff frequently misbehaving and showing very rude attitude ..they r not even allow to ask any information to respective doctors through any media. If they r doing these behaviours to me as a senior doctor then how much rude to others with normal public....

On 10th March I had to rush to HCC (heart ICU), since the admitted father’s sugar medicine was not given. Doctors have stopped it and now his sugar goes up and they give insulin when it crosses 180. He has been taking metformin 500mg since decade and it controls his sugar.
After reaching HCC I found no duty doctor present to talk! They called the specialist on duty doctor for this purpose who asked us to wait until morning to discuss...

My father was told Instantly today in the morning to get discharge. At the time of admission 3 days ago we gave the Cigna insurance policy number and today at the time of discharge they confirmed they haven’t received any policy details and filed the claim with the insurance company after wasting 3 hours. TPA department harassed my family and said they can’t before settling the claim which was a cashless policy and should have been set...

Regarding above I am sorry to inform you that till date no communication has established with Dr. Rajneesh Kapoor while I have paid Rs. 1000/- against consultation fee(video consultation).pl.note my angioplasty done by Dr.Rajneesh Kapoor and his team on 15/2/21.pl.also note I purchased medicines for 15-20 days, which are going to be finished soon.nobody is picking my phone.In this situation what should I do. Who will responsible if any unusual...

My mother is admitted in Medanta ICU-Ranchi.The administration of the hospital is worst, no one is properly trained how to behave with the patient/attended. Everyone is fearless .if you complaint about them always they reply do whatever you can do..or complain to anyone.

They are spoiling the renowned brand of Medanta Hospital.

Finally I will not recommend to anyone to go Medanta. Bad experience.....

After taking the consultation fee of Rs.1000/-on dt.24/2/2021 & also confirming the appointment, suddenly they cancelled the appointment without proper information.Now nobody is picking the phone. Kindly arrange the next appointment with proper information as I have already payed the fees....

My father Mr Prakash Chandra Jain ( ML[protected] is admitted in Medanta Lucknow. His room no is B837 and i am very sorry to say the services we are getting here is worst than government hospitals. Nobody is visiting in the room during night hours and my mother called the nurse and wardboy several times for toilet but nobody came and finally she did the job for my father. I will never recommend this hospital to my near & dear ones....

The new person at the billing counter made each person wait for 25 mins to bill. In a queue of three people it took 50 minutes. When I requested to speed up the process, the staff was rude and said so what if there is an appointment.. you can visit the doctor anytime .. appointment is irrelevant...

I was given an appointment for 5 pm yesterday and today morning got a call stating that doctor is available only till 2 so pls come by 12.30.

I came sharp and then waited till 4.30 to see doctor..

The staff and junior doctors are rude and assume they are god and people come here begging...

Very disappointing compared to other private hospital...this is worst then any government hospital in this...

I booked an appointment with Dr. Natasha Khullar after searching Medanta's official website. I went to Dr. Natasha after paying her 1, 500 Inr as her consultation fees.
I told her about my problems and was explaining to her what I was going through.

With reference to above, we are highly disappointed by Medanta Hospital not only treatment response but most of with TPA and Payment Counter, Dr Ajay Kumar Sharma admitted in hospital on 08/09/2020 because of COVID19 and died on 30/09/2020 the way case handled not satisfactory we settle the bill of 369699.0 on 30/09/2020irony that body handed over at 8pm whereas he declared dead at 11.15am, because TPA NOT ABLE TO PREPARE...

I have booked appointment on 23rd December 2020 for patient Shilpi sheela singh, patient ID : MM01666208 with Dr. Vinay Goyal. The bill number is GHOPBL/21891583. The appointment got cancelled on same day but I didn't received any refund. The bill amount was ₹1, 000.

I would like to draw the attention about Medanta Gurugram hospital of the followings which we are facing since 10days.
1. Hospital is not doing proper billing and as we understand that some changes are not justified.
2. Before admissions expected expenses were 6Lacs but now it's increased by 14L.
3. Doctors has already recommend 3Days back for shifting of patient from ICU room to normal room but...

I had booked an appointment with a Counselor in the Psychiatry Department over the phone in advance. Upon arriving at the Hospital, however, I was told by the Reception Desk that the booked Doctor was unavailable due to an emergency. They recommended be Dr. Batra who was available on that day.

I regret ever going to her. She lied to me & took advantage of me. She didn't have my test results ready in time for my counselling...
