After 1 hour of making us run from one dept to other the TPA desk finally had time to listen to our problem and told us to fill the pre approval form for hospitalisation without telling us which doctor we were supposed to contact further. this happened yesterday around 12-1pm. After submitting the form and requesting them to mail the same to the insurance company within 1-2 hour the dint mail the company till 4pm. After we came back to check they started arrogantly saying this process takes time. On further request they mailed the company with few documents missing.the company mailed TPA asking for documents yesterday 6pm to which the TPA dept has not yet mailed.its been 24hrs and the file is still pending. They are not answering the calls. Customer care is disconnecting the call right on our face. This rude and arrogant behaviour is not acceptable.
We requested them a lot and told them about our situation as to why it was urgent but they turned a deaf ear.
