Medanta The Medicity — Medanta hospital making unusual charges and making fool to patients family

Dear Associate,
I would like to draw the attention about Medanta Gurugram hospital of the followings which we are facing since 10days.
1. Hospital is not doing proper billing and as we understand that some changes are not justified.
2. Before admissions expected expenses were 6Lacs but now it's increased by 14L.
3. Doctors has already recommend 3Days back for shifting of patient from ICU room to normal room but still kept in ICU for just increasing the bill amount.
4. We feel that Staff are not professional always keep changing of plan without any complications for shifting from ICU to normal ward. Last night Staff has confirmed that our patients will be shift room no 5849 but they had given to others.
5. My patient has stop eating anything and he is in very sacred.
Kindly do the needful and oblige me or will to move next level.
