Medanta The Medicity — Money suckers with no care & value of patients time, life or money

My mother had undergone knee replacement surgery at medanta, gurgaon on 27th feb, at the time of admission we had taken the pre appointment of dr. Ashok rajgopa l (Head of bone and knee unit) from his pa, mr. Puneet as we ere not local of delhi/ncr. When we visited as per the appointment given to us for the first time meeting with dr. Rajgopal and his pa mr. Puneet went well as these greedy people had to take money for the operation, by god’s grace the operation went successful and as per doctor’s advice my mother stayed for 1 month in hotel for recovery nearby to medanta.
Now, comes the worst part my mother was called after 3 months post operation for dr. Rajgopal review about her recovery status. Again we had taken pre appointment from mr. Punnet and he gave us 6th june as date of appointment. My mom and dad booked the flight from the native for 5th june as their arrival and 7th june as their departure.
1. On 5th june again we called mr. Puneet for our appointment confirmation, he told us that due to some emergency our appointment has been re-scheduled at 3 pm.
2. So, on 6th we reached medanta and tried to talk to mr. Puneet about dr. Rajgopal, the guy is always in so much of attitude as if he owns medanta, nevertheless he told us to wait for 15 mins. And he’ll come to us, after 25-30 mins we again went to him again with attitude he told us to wait another 15 mins. And it was already 3.30 pm by then, now there is a one more junior pa mr. Gaurav/vinay we talked to him, he asked to wait in another room and told us that junior dr. Is coming to review my mother recovery status and later she’ll go for dr. Rajgopal review.
3. Now again the same scenario we waited for nearly half n hr in the room and nobody showed up, again we went to mr gaurav/vinay he told us that dr. Rajgopal has left and he’ll not be able to meet us, we were disappointed as my mom n dad had returning flight to native next day at 1.15pm, we told our case to mr. Puneet and gaurav as well and they promised as that we should come tomorrow and they will definitely make us meet dr. Rajgopal and will free us before 12pm so that we can catch the flight of 1.15pm.
4. So, now we were waiting for jr. Dr, himanshu to come and review my mothers recovery status again after 15mins mr. Gaurav/vinay came to us and told that even dr. Himanshu is out on some emergency so he also can’t meet us today, utterly disappointed as we were moving out of chamber we saw dr. Himanshu and we reached out to him immediately, later he told us that he was never told about my mother waiting for the review, thanks to him my mom got the jr. Level review but since the patient always want to meet and get the review of the dr. Who operated, so we told mr. Puneet and gaurav/vinay that we want to get dr. Rajgopal review before leaving anf they assured us that they will have us meet dr. Rajgopal.
So, next day again we went back to medanta and talked to mr. Puneet and gaurav/vinay straightaway about dr. Rajgopal and they told us for sure they will let us meet dr. Rajgopal but again we were waiting and as time was coming close to 12 were feeling hurried as airport is 40mins drive from medanta and 1.15pm was my mom n dad flight, we were keep on asking when dr. Will come and they keep telling us rest assured. Now, at 12 we lost our patience and when started shouting at both of them, mr. Puneet called ot and asked about dr. Rajgopal arrival status at opd and then he told us that he’ll not be able to meet us even at that point of time.
At this moment my mom broke off and just bcz of hugely disappointing and pathetic management and behaviour of mr. Punnet and gaurav/vinay we had to leave without getting reviewd by dr. Rajgopal.
Mr. Punnet and gaurav/vinay huge disappointment both of you, pathetic and worst personalities and dr are responsible too, as without there consent this thing could never happen.
After returning we are feeling miserable as we are just looted financially
