Nusring services are pathetic because of (1) poor quality of nurses and (2) inadequate number of nursing staff.
Just see that a patient admitted in hospital and nursing staff took nearly 3 hours, after checking in the room, to change teh dress of patient, patient press emergency bell and nursing staff takes minimum 20-25 minutes to come to patient, visiting doctor in room calls for nurse and it takes them at least 15 minutes to come and on 2 occasions nurses didnt even come after repeated call by doctor.
Doctor at nursing station didnt come to counsel and appraise teh patient at time of discharge. Medicines which were to be taken in night at bedtime were mentioned as to be taken in morning after breakfast. When pointed out to doctor then he was too casual in his approach and said that there is a mistake.
Neither and Dietician come nor anybody from hospital gave the diet chart at time of discharge. Next day when we asked for diet chart then we recd a diet chart thro email, but without any patient name and unique code of patient and was just blank, as if it is a standardized diet chart to be given to any and rather all patient.
Patient was admitted for renal treatment but is also suffering from diabetic, hypertension and other diseases. Whereas, diet chart indicated that it is diet chart for renal treatment. We dont know that whether the diet chart took care of other diseases or not.
When tried to contact hospital on[protected], then I made 7 attempts to talk to dietician for more than45 minutes and everytime it was a long musical wait and then phone disconnection.
Such a pathetic service level and that too when the daily room rental is Rs 8000/- and so many other hefty charges, but we paid whatever were the charges of hospital but services and patient care is just pathetic and its deteiorating day by day.
This option of complaint is adopted when I didnt get any response from hospital after lodging complaints to them on their official email including to Mr Trehan's email.
Infact, Mr Trehan and company dont bother about any such complaint, as their only aim appears to befooling teh patients and collecting as much as possible without giving value for money.
It appaers that Mr Trehan and Mr Sachdev has found a short cut in making hospital die slowly and ultimately closing down, because after so many complaints specifically about poor nursing infrastructure, but no corrective action taken.
Mr Trehan forgets that right now he may be in business of monopoly but with such level of services, he cannt sustain long
