I would like to complain about kushal kumar. He was at billing counter number 3 at 17:30 hours today. He is extremely incompetent and rude. He is incompetent because he had no clue about his area - both the edc machines in his area were not working and he had no idea!! He wasted 10 precious minutes trying to swipe my card. His oracle wasn’t working and he was loudly complaining about it to his colleagues. This behaviour is not professional and definitely doesn’t reflect demeanour of a 7 star hospital. You take money because of the experience you provide to your customers and these kind of experiences ruin your brand name! He is rude as he couldn’t find my registration number. When he finally found it he shook his head and said “how could i find it if you tell me a wrong surname” well whoever is the front office manager here - you really should control the behaviour of your staff! Pathetic experience and it’s all caused by a bad experience at the very start!!!
