I am renu chandna and my id is MM01919761. I am taking the treatment of cancer by Dr Ashok Vaid from last one year.
Today the 27/05/2022 my 17th dose of trastuzumab is scheduled and some other test are also due. I am satisfied customer of your hospital from last one year.
I came on 9.15 am at hospital and for opd Dr devender sharma was there. He told me that RTPCR is necessary for admission. But i showed him my discharge summary of 07/05/2022 there is nothing mentioned about RTPCR test, neither it is in list of tests recommended by Dr Vaid nor it is prescribed in opd note.
I told him what is our fault if you not mentioned that test how can you expect we did it before. He was adamant for that RtPCR I told RTPCR report will come after 24 hours and we have special appointment for today and already informed their coordinator Shweta gulati about my alll details of other test which are due today and will be done after admission. I also inform him that we are from karnal which is around 150 km and again we cannot come on next day for that. it is chemotherapy we cannot change so much in dates
Dr Devender said there is express test available report will come within 2 hours, go for that
We were in trouble condition and force to do that test which was costing 2400/- ..
I have seen a lady doctor at same floor who is giving instructions to billing counter for her patients that RTPCR is not necessary. It is matter of your investigation that how much patients are without RTPCR.
If you need any test before admission you should write or inform that before admission. What is my fault in that matter.
We are forced to did that test and without any fault o[censored]s unnecessarily waiting for
5 hours and feeling harassment by your Dr and feeling cheated first time in your hospital
Please take appropriate action against the person responsible for Harrasment and extra charges
