Medi Assist India — claim approval amount not settled fully by medi assist

Hi team, this is regarding policy no.261000/50/17/10002250 holder name is pradnya gurani had laproscopic surgery on date 18 july 2018 at gupte hospital pune and the bill of rs 41223 was approved by you for settlement but medi assist have only settled the amount of 27481 to the hospital and rest amount is not at all settled after so many follow up with your team by hospital and us. Also u send the settlement mail of full amount 41223 to us but hospital showed us a proof that u have not settled the said amount. I want to know why you have not cleared this bill to the hospital, if you are unable to process the claim fully then please let us know very clearly with reasons. Please find the below details and settled the remaining amount asap as u have taken sufficient time to analysis.
