Hi Team, I have submitted the Missing Documents mentioned in the Claim Status to Medi assist India Bangalore address mentioned by Medi assist member while I dialed to Toll Free number. I have sent the original documents through Blue Dart Courier and it shows the status as Shipment Delivered. But my Claim status is Information awaited. Whenever I dial Toll free no. now, they says to dial some other toll free no Since I am from Accenture. But that toll free no. is not reachable.
