Medi Assist India — claim rejected. all documents submitted on time.

I have submitted my reimbursement to me do assist for claim. With all the original documents and original bills /prescription we have raised the reimbursement.

Few days later we were told additional document was required. When we connected to hospital they said all the details are already provided and they highlighted the asked query in provided discharge summery.

We sent the the same to meddiassit. But was asked the same query all the times.

We again connected to hospital and again they said same thing.

Finally my claim was rejected.

Is it the way to handle reimbursement.
When hospital is saying all the details are already provided why can't we check nd settle the case.

Very disappointed by the service provided.
