Medi Assist India — forgot password is not being sent to the registered mobile num | |||||
I forgot my password. So i clicked the forgot password option and entered the user id and dob details. But it is showing a message "password reset link is been sent to registered mobile num and to mail id '[protected]@canarabank.co"'. But i have not received the link to registered mobile num and my actual email id is been mentioned as alternate email id. The registered email id is company's mail id. Its not possible for me to access that id. So i request you to please send the reset link to my registered mobile num or to the alternate email id: [protected]@gmail.com (Which is already there in my profile).
