Medi Assist India — Medi Assist India Approved half amount of reimbursement even proper document due to high room rent

Iam reputed corporate employee, In a case of emergency, I hospitalized my wife for delivary in a private hospital in puducherry, I have insurance in mediassist india. They have deducted around 50% of total amount raised, says the reasons like proportionate deduction due to high room rent occcupancy even deducted on doctor consulation charges which is around 15000, My room rent for 2 days is 3900 and they allow me for twin sharing ac room. But i was used single ac room. Instead of deducting room rent they deduted including doctor consultation charges and some other charges totaly around 20000 says the above mentioned high room rent which is not satisfied by any insurer and seems cheeting me.
Note. For my 1st baby 4 years before same hospital and cashless mediassist given me full money. But while 2nd baby same hospital on reimbursement but they wont pay full.
Calling with customer care also says same reason which is not satisfy me.
Kindly take action against this insurance people and get my money back please..
