[Resolved] Medi Assist India — mediclaim process | |||
Hope you are well. This is regarding submitted claim[protected] on 6th nov 2018 by meddiassist processing team because they have mistakenly cancelled my original claim 18184755 due to amount mismatch which is changed by meddiassist only. I have checked status on meddiassist portal for my claim and can see the current status is 'claim processed-physical documents awaited'; however i have submitted the hard copy of bills prior 4 weeks and also did confirm with customer care and they said that they have received all docs and status should change in 2 working days; however i am waiting from last 21 working days but didnt see any progress with that. Everytime i get connected with new person and will get new update, new contact details, Was this information helpful? | |||
