Medi Assist India — missing/misplaced documents which i submitted.

I raised a complaint to medi assist but there is no proper solution or response even though a communicated to a representative through the number [protected].

I have continuously getting mail regarding to submit a hard copy of already submitted bills.

Hard copy of said receipts of rs 30165 & 3836 has been submitted to mr praveen (Representative of medi assist at capgemini) on dec 12th. Hereby i attached the softcopy of submitted hard copy of receipts to mr praveen. I think he has misplaced or lost somewhere so because of irresponsibility from mr praveen everything is lagging and pulling back the credibility of mediassist.

So i request for immediate solution for the same.

Another matter is they are asking original investigation report of various diagnosis but it is not a right thing to submit those documents to medi assist because these documents are kept for future reference. There should be a solution for this matter rather than submitting originals of all diagnosis.
