[Resolved] Medi Assist India — No reimbursement provided | |||
Dear Consumer complaint, I have not received payment of my approved medical insurance claim id : 13585263. Pending since 07-Nov-2016. And I have got a rejection on claim id : 13854912. Both the claims are related to maternity claim. Such delay is unanticipated and completely not unaccounted for. Poor professionalism from Medi Assist India. Medi Assist is a TPA (Third Party Administrator) who works closely with your insurance company to administer your policy. The terms and conditions are determined by your insurance policy.Any repudiation of claim has an approval of your insurer. The repudiation letter would have been sent to your registered email ID. Going forward you can manage your health insurance benefits through our self-help tool, MediBuddy. Sign into our online portal, MediBuddy (me.medibuddy.in) or activate your account with policy number. You could also download the MediBuddy app by giving a missed call to[protected].
