Medi Assist India — Non issue of e-card of my wife | |
I have lodged a complaint regarding non issue of my wifes e-card. I am currently working in bank of baroda and was assigned ticket no.[protected] on 03.07.2020 and was told by the company that they will issue the new card and told me to submit the hrms copy of bob for doing the needful on 04.07.2020 and again on 09.07.2020. But despite submiting the documents, they did not issued me the e-card. Rather they are asking me to contact my hr team. Sir, the job of adding my dependent in banks dependent list has been done by my hr, then why should i contact them when the issue of e-card has to be done from your side. Also why was i asked for submitting the documents on two occassions if the required task was not done? As per your mail dated 08.07.2020 i had also called your toll free number[protected] at 18:41 hours and your representative assured me to expedite my issue for issue of card. I am really unsatisfied by your dealing and that when the e-card has to be issued from your end then why is there a delay? I am already having my e-card but my wife e-card has to be issued in the name of rukmani murmu at the earliest. Request you to kindly resolve my issue, immediately. Was this information helpful? | |
