Medi Assist India — parental cover

I have mistakenly opted for parental cover thinking that it as i was single and i though my parents will get for free as my self policy but when after filling the details i got to know it was premium and i need to pay for it then immediately i have cancelled my policy and also sent an email to medi assist regarding cancellation / removal of parental cover. Then on 20 march 2019 on the same day i got a return email stating policy was already cancelled and no parental policy cover is included in your profile. So i left it unattended then after 1 month now my salary got deducted for 9600 and when i got to see that it was for parental cover then i went and checked medi assist and there my parental cover was showing live and parents names were added, this is very pathetic situation as i was in debts and no money in hand now salary got deducted and when i called medi assist people now again they were saying it was not in our hands and it was already insured, how can they answer like this as previously i got a mail confirmation regarding it was already cancelled now they opted for it with out any information regarding this. I need policy to be cancelled and money to be refunded as it was not my fault and i got contact regarding cancellation of parental cover.
