Medi Assist India — Parental coverage policy cancellation

I have mistakenly applied for parental insurance coverage and i was not aware of the premium. Since my first month premium is not deducted still now. As we all have free will to take the policy there should be a free will cancel it. As I am not to pay the further premiums I am trying to reach out the mediassist for cancel but to my surprise no one from medi assist is assisting with me.
