Medi Assist India — pathetic response in processing claims and answering queries | |
This is animesh. I'm working with wipro and have submitted claims. My claim is on hold and now closed for documents that i've already submitted. Customer care response is very poor in updating me with what is stopping reimbursement process now and i'm just put on hold everytime and the call gets cut. Please proceed my claim and stop fooling around Was this information helpful? | |

I am working with Wipro and raised claim for my mother..But as I can see, they are just making fool of all the Wipro employees..Hardly got a chance to connect to customer care and once I got he replied that Any preexisting condition of more that 4 years is covered, but now they have denied it saying all pre existing conditions are excluded..is this a way to deal with your customers..why the hell they are charging from us..I believe all employees of Wipro who are in same boat because of their poor services should raise a voice against them and Wipro should take a strict action against it..They can’t fool everyone like the did to us..
