Hi,

I have a corporate health insurance provided by johnson controls.

My employee code is : 3134216

My father anil kumar sinha was hospitalized at big hospital, patna on dec 9, 2019.

I later applied for the reimbursement claim availing my corporate insurance.

I couriered all the original documents as bills, reports and everything to the medi assist india office at bangalore.

Since then, it is still pending.

After scanning the docs, they demanded for icp (Indoor case paper).

Icp is a detailed description of the tests, medical recommendations, symptoms etc about the treatment.

I arranged and sent them icp after discussing with the hospital.

They also demanded bill of 29000 which according to them was missing.

However, i had my self listed all the bills in a separate excel sheet before couriering it.

Nevertheless, they then demanded for a signed letter by the doctor stating that the patient is alcoholic/non - alcoholic.

This i noticed as a unnecessary harassment, since the icp and all the reports are already with them. They couldn't find anything regarding alcohol in icp and reports, still they want signed letter from the doctor.

I dont find this reasonable and wish to escalate this for quick resolution.
