Dear Concern, I am working in Reliance life insurance at hoshiarpur Branch.I have book a medical appointment for Modi nursing home at hoshiarpur. This appointment is book as on date 19.3.2016.This medical appointment is done for sunday mrng.your customer care executive have collected the information about client and tell me that I will give you a tpa code in mrng.As same I update to costumer and call for mrng medical.But I not receive any call from Your side, and client was wait in hospital till afternon.I was lot of calling to your toll free no., But no body pick the phone.
