Medi Assist India — regarding my claim is not getting processed on time

Hi,

I have submitted all the documents on 30th april, 2018 as per below detail.
Domiciliary d[protected]c[protected] atharv first child claim document generated 668 —
Domiciliary d[protected]c[protected] atharv first child claim document generated 715 —
Domiciliary d[protected]c[protected] atharv first child claim document generated 720 —
Domiciliary d[protected]c[protected] atharv first child claim document generated 327 —

As i discussed with medi assist team, they said it will take 7-8 working days to generate the claim number after submission.

Already around 19 days passed but yet claim number is not generated. Also, i tried to connect through mail & raised my concern but still not getting reply.
