Medi Assist India — Reimbursement not done for 3 months | |||||
https://track.Medibuddy.In/ My claim id : 12165269 Claim received date: 19-jan-2016 It's more than 3 months complete and claim is not done yet. I have been talking to both mr. Sumeet from royal sundaram and pankaj from medi assist. All the documents have been submitted from my side. They are saying no further documents are required. I also talked with mr sumeet manager amit satav ( phone no: [protected]). He is not responding with any updates. It's a serious issue from a customer perspective. Since 2 months Claim no 12452574 & 12520682 not yet reimburse kindly take necesssary action and reimburse the claims.
