Medi Assist India — Require prenumbered pharmacy bill with drug license number

I had submitted all the original documents provided by Arya Vaidyasala directly to MediAssist on[protected]. Later, they requested some missing bills and additional documents for justification. I obtained these from the hospital and submitted them as requested.

Now, they are asking for a pre-numbered pharmacy bill with a drug license number. Once again, I reached out to the hospital, and they provided a justification regarding their billing format. I forwarded the same email to MediAssist and also escalated the issue through customer care. However, instead of providing a resolution, they simply issued a warning stating that I must submit the required documents within a week.

I have a few concerns regarding this process:

1. If a specific bill format was required, why wasn’t this mentioned initially when they requested the missing bills?
2. The same bill format was accepted for my colleague without any queries—why is my case being treated differently?
3. Arya Vaidyasala has been following this billing format for decades. Why is this issue being raised only in my case?

I seek a fair resolution to this matter, as the inconsistent and unclear documentation requirements are causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
