Medi Assist India — required to reopen your claim

My name is shaileshbhai patel
I have submitted one claim[protected] for reimbursement to medi assist along with all document.
Medi assist team requested to submit a document which we have already given to them during claim submission in their ahmedabad office. We submitted them again.
After few days they had ask for to submit cheque for amount transfer. We clarified them we don’t have check at that time so we put a copy of pass book. Also we submitted on email. We understand now that our formality has been finished and very soon we will receive our reimbursement.
After waiting few days, we have sent email for status of claim on 9 june and we received email on 10 june from medi assist which confirms us that our claim will reject very soon and they are taking concurrence with insurance company (Refer a email history attached here). We got shock by reading their reply. We wrote clarification to that email and confirm that we haven’t inflated bill. Detail reply is attached in email history. We received acknowledgement for our clarification also. Acknowledgement (Email history attached here) says that medi assist team has forwarded our clarification to concern department but they haven’t considered clarification from us.
When we haven’t received any response after one week of sending clarification then we call to customer care department and they replied to us that our claim is rejected and suggested that to write a clarification again. We wrote a clarification again but we haven’t received any response on it. We have received that final response on 26 june saying that our claim is rejected (Refer a email history).
Medi assist team has rejected our claim on unrealistic reason.
I request to reopen our claim no 19337255.
