I have a tpa of mediassiat through my company Walmart. Recently my father had bleeding in urine . On investigation he was found to have very large prostate glans around 100gms . My doctor advised me a holmium laser surgery . He was very specific that since he is on disprin any other surgery would lead to increased risk of bleeding.
Now the insurance part . The insurance our rightly rejected my claim STATING WE DONT GIVE MONEY FOR ADVANCE SURGERY. My submission is
1. Are we still a third world country.
2. How can insurance people who are non medico and even there team full of homeopathic and bams doctor's decide in a particular line if treatment by specialist.

Can be sued in USA for inadequate services provided to your employee.
In regards to treatment provided Walmart can take opinion in USA about treatment planned in India.
Lastly if during course of treatment something happens to my father due to inadequate treatment as guided by insurance who should asked.
