Medi Assist India — spouse maternity claim settlement

This is incidence of reimbursement of my spouse maternity claim.

I have submitted my spouse maternity claim documents towards medi assist for reimbursement as par said in mail by medi assit representative. Below documents i have submitted hard copy by courier towards media assist.

For investigation doc. - original pregnancy sonography report with scan image, hospital delivery report, baby physical birth details issued by doctor, baby foot print discharge card. Then also saying for submit the investigation report. (In medi assit mail only said submit investigation report) so is this not ok documents for any maternity investigation.

Also submitted original doctor proscriptions, original hospital main bill with all breakup, all blood report original.

But at last moment they have asking new things for submitting documents, like investigation reports and hospital bill which already i was submitted. All procedure done after discussing with medi assist representative and time to time information also giving by mail, call & sms. This is not cleared before during inquiry what exact documents is required this is the very bad feedback from medi assist and making delay for the claim settlement which is feeling like they have doing delay intentionally.

All above documents are submitted proper filing but till time they have not done the reimbursement. Insurance premium is going time to time from my salary.

Updated by Ashi91 Till claim is not taken into process . Making delay from Mediassist India. after submission all required original documents then creating unwanted additional things.
for submission of original fee receipt that also i was submitted with stamp and hospital seal and same ok confirmation was taken from Medi Assist representative. Now next reply received from medi assist-India receipt number is required printed instead of hand written which is intentionally making delay and claim is not going to process.

As per regulation & compliance all things are covered in receipt as an amount receiving proof. Then also asking printed number on receipt which is reflected by handwritten.
