I had raised a Hospital Reimbursement claim and uploaded all the documents. I am struggling to get the claim processed. The backend team is making mistakes multiple times and customer care agent is also agreeing to the mistakes but still they are not processing the claim correctly. They are cancelling the claim without any reason. I have escalated it multiple times but no resolution yet.
My employee id is 798944 and corporate is TCS.
