On 25th May 2022 I have ordered for the medicines. I did an online payment. In the same week on sunday I received a parcel with incorrect medicines. As soon as I receive those I immediately contact medibuddy support. They raised a ticket for the refund. I have also got the mail then I sent all the documents and payment details to them on 1sf of june itself. Now I receive a mail stating that I did not respond their mail hence they are closing the case. They are simply cheating me. I need my refund immediately. Was this information helpful? |
