Medibuddy — name change in medibuddy insurance

I am working with bank of india. I want to change my mother name in medibuddy insurance company because earlier my mother name was mrs usha devi but later her name was changed with aadhar card mrs usha anand. I changed with my hrms claim but this updation is not showing in medibuddy insurance claim. Still old name is showing.

26 july my mother passed away due to cancer. But i am not able to her claim with medibuddy. Because both name is changed or they will return the claim.

So please guide us how to change my mother name in medibuddy insurance..
