I have taken gold subscription in medibuddy app on 31 may 2022 and now on 1june 2022 I want to cancel the plan which is I not satisfied with the service. As per their policy if customer is not satisfied they can cancel the plan any time and get refund but I talk to customer care for cancel the plan and give me refund but they said plan will get cancelled but you will not get the refund as you apply coupon code.
But it's not mentioned on thei app, This is purely cheating for customer.
Please look into this matter.
