How can you let your doctors share videos and images on social media of a patient. This is disgraceful, especially In the context. This doctor is discussing video games and posting patients address and medical records for the world to see! What a joke!!!

Disgusting!’

    Hi all,

I had been to MediHope Super Specialty Hospital and Research Centre which is located in basavanagar road maleshpalya in an emergency situation at this time at 1:50 AM. Where I came across a doctor named Vinod who was sleeping and I was attended by some random nurse who went and woke up the doctor for 3 times and the doctor did not wake up and attend the patient. I need this to be escalated and actions taken on the concerned for the same. And the doctor informed me that he has permission to sleep... what if there is something very emergency and life taking situations. I am worried about people life wat if there was emergency situation in my case I don't mind but others life is important please take actions need a call to my number from hospital i am a social worker my name is Manohar my mobile number is [protected].

Scindia a 15yr old was admitted on the 4th Oct at Medi Hope for severe stomach pain, loss of appetite and rashes. A couple of scan was taken and the doctors confirmed it was due to Appendicitis, however which was not visible in the scans taken. Ideally which was not the cause.

She was taken for a Laparoscopic on 5th Oct early morning also operated for appendicitis by Dr. Aritra Gosh; she was at the hospital until the 8th Oct with pain killers. Later discharged. She continued to have severe pain and rashes coming back. And when contacted Dr. Aritra Gosh was called to check about the pain he had given a pain killer and also disclaimed that it was not his mistake and nothing to do with the surgery and not his responsibility .We had again taken her to the hospital on the 10th Oct.

From then until the 14th of Oct, they had only been giving her high dosage of Antibiotics and pain killers, not knowing what the cause is. Doctors were not available in need. Later another doctor (Gastro speacialist) came on the 14th evening and confirmed that she was being treated incorrectly and she has HSP and stopped complete medication and kept her on saline and PAN. He had not visited her after that though. Went contacted over the phone, however had no response from him as well. The pain faded out slowly without knowing the actual cause and right medication. She was discharged again after a day the pain came back.
Hospital works only with nurses and duty doctors who work on instructions provided by the unprofessional doctors who are not available at the hospital at all. And suggest medications on assumptions. There was no procedure for any kind of diagnosation. When questioned, we were given no proper response, every doctor disclaiming that it was not their job. And wanted to discharge her cause they did not want to risk more and finally did on 20th Oct.
Definitely they charged us a bomb only for incorrect diagnosing, unwanted operation, terrible pain, a lot of time wasted taking our little girl through so much unwanted useless doctors and treatment.
      • Bill settlement – 1, 60, 000. Have been charged such a huge amount for treating NOTHING
      • To meet the MD Mr.Amit was also not granted, just made us wait for hours together and finally had to pay(throw) the money and come out
      • Final medication was pain killer and not any fix was made

Why dint we take Scindia to other hospital if MediHope was super Hopeless?
Other hospitals refused to take her because of the unwanted operation that done by Dr. Aritra Gosh and his disclaimers. Hospitals did not want to risk any blunder made by MediHope.

      Facts about MediHope
      • Do not have professional Doctors with proper diagnosing skills. Rather practice on the patients using trial and error method.
      • No ownership, no point of contact to discuss about the status of the patient(had been re-directed to duty doctors who were of no help nor knowledge about the patient). Literally deaf
      • The so called experts are not available to discuss on the patients state. They visit the hospital only twice a week, which means they cannot handle 24/7 service. Just a method to loot money. Just an eye washes with the duty doctors available.

I had taken my son 10yrs old to Medihope on 17/09/2015 at 4:00 am as he was having acute pain in abdomen and continuous loose motion. I went to emergency room and found only one nurse their and asked her call Doctor to attend to my son. She kept telling me that doctor will come in 5 minutes. I waited for half an hour but doctor didn't come in emergency at all and when I checked again and again she said doctor is sleeping. I didn't see any doctor on duty in hospital. As there was no one to attend and my son kept crying I had to immediately take him to Manipal hospital which is 6 kilometers away from my residence. How come a hospital that calls itself a superspeciality hospital doesn't have a doctor in emergency room?

My recent visits to Medihope was a bitter experience. They are completely after money and the ENT dr was hopeless. They were not like this earlier. My preference will be always Amar jyothi nursing home on CMH road. I thought this was closer to my home. But now decided no more medihope.

This is a complaint on the billing procdure at Medihope hospitals in Malleshpalya Main road Bangalore 75.

The management and administration deal in a completely unethical and introduced additional billing which is not part of insurance coverage and fleeced me. My daughter Vishaka was admitted to the hospital on 29th September for high fever and suspected typhoid.

On checking X-rays the doctors were claiming it was penuemonia and put her on a very high dose of antibiotics for a 6 year old child. There were random tests being conducted every other day and they did not even clearly mention cause of illness in discharge report (high grade fever - sispected cold). I suspect that the doctors are hand in glove in this enterprise and they did not even provide the X-ray plate while discharging. claiming insurance company needs these inputs.

During our course of stay they were very pleasant and attentive, but as soon as it was time for discharge they showed their true colours. The procedure took almost 8 hours from morning 10:30 till about 6:30 pm from the time the doctor issue a discharge order.

The intention was to make up charges which would not be recovered from the insurance and for insurance the billing was around 59, 000/- (Fifty nine thousand) and with my copay amount I was obliged to pay around 5900/- .

However the billing team in the name of luxury and service charges they recovered around 21, 000/- from me and these were billed as non medical expenses. Conveniently at the time of discharge the hospital director or supervisor (whatever they are called) was unavailable. I had no option but to pay since we were extremely exhaustaed after the day long ordeal.

Please guide me as to how I can register a consumer compalint againt this firm who are perpetuating fraud in the name of service.

I am writing to complain about treatment received at Medihope Hospitals in Malleshpalya New Thippasandra Post in Bangalore. I am disappointed because the service given in medihope hospital is very worst. I am complaining on Nursing superintendent. Name is Saraswathi. She is not responding to patient. While I am Sleeping time, She given one comment on patient. I become very shocked. In hospital this kind of treatment is going on. Patient is coming for the small treatment and they issued as a big problem and taking big money with patient. These are all happening in Medihope. I am a patient. when i am going to ICU Toilet. Dr Amit Agarwal and Saraswathi making love scene. Both are kissing and doing some wrong. This hospital is love park. It is very worst Hospital.

              MediHope Hospitals — treatment

The treatment and care towards the patient is ultimate .The exuberant spirit of nursing staff is remarkable and the same is seen in all the staff of medihope. The facilities in medihope are excellent and the doctors there are highly experienced in their own specialization. Great job by the MD ,Dr. Amit Agarwal.

heard about Medihope through a family friend. But since it is a new hospital i was not sure of the services. But after i was admitted here, feel that it is a very good hospital. The hospital is good, all the staff, doctors and nurses are coming all the time. All the amenities are there. The first care makes the patient feel good about the hospital.Wishing the hospital team the very best in future.

You are doing excellent as far as the doctors are concerned. Lab technicians are too good (Dialysis dept.) Concern to the patient is excellent. Housekeeping is fine; the place is neatly maintained. It is a rebirth to the patients especially because of the doctors and staff in the ICU of medihope. Heartfelt thanks to them.

                MediHope Hospitals — nice

The doctors, management staff, canteen facilities and nurses have been most considerate and kind, very polite and pleasant attitude. Please keep up the compassionate attitude. Exceptional service, along with a compassionate attitude of every person from housekeeping to nurses. The hospital itself is spotlessly clean.
The hospital is well connected and is in the city. I come from Hosakote. The senior doctors are very good and professional. Patient care, room services, food, billing, insurance, nursing towards patient and many more services are indeed appreciable.
The staff is courteous, nurses and doctors are experienced. Laundry and room services are good .The hospital has maintained the standards. Quite convenient as it is located closer to Indiranagar.

The hospital workers are very cooperative. The doctors and nursing staff are not only caring but very helpful too. Certain areas could be improvised like more steam food/vegetables can be supplied for diabetic & heart patients. Canteen food is very tasty and healthy . I was satisfied with the treatment given at medihope hospital Although its a new hospital ,treatment and facilities are excellent. The doctors gave personal care which helps us to recover faster. Thank you to all in Medihope hospital. I recommend people staying in marathahalli, whitefield, domlur, indiranagar to try medihope for their medical needs.

The hospital is provided with good infrastructure and good doctors. Even the senior doctors are very efficient and reliable. My child was admitted and I was quite convinced about the treatment given. The most important factor about the hospital is proximity to my residence. It will be nice if more variety of food is provided in the canteen.

I agree with you Mr.Gowda. I too have been there a couple of times due to my family members falling sick with viral fever. I liked the services of medihope hospital and this is very close to cv raman nagar. All amenities are there and becoz of 24 hour pharmacy makes it very very convenient to buy medicines in emergency. The doctors and nursing staff are good in experience.

My younger brother is a software person and he was admitted in this hospital Medihope in mallespalya. I havenot heard about this hospital before.. seems new, the facilities are world class and the best doctors are seeing the patients. This hospital is located on malleshpalya main road and quite surprisingly many people don't know about it. I would like to refer it to people staying around marathahalli and cv raman nagar side .i and my brother were very very satisfied with the hospital's treatment.

I had a very horrifying experience at Medihope and I am writing this while recovering from home. I am 34 years of age and does not have any specific medical history. On17 Aug 2012, 6.30 AM, I had an abdominal pain/fever/vomiting and sought help from their casualty doctor. They gave me injections/drips and asked me to stay till their Lab opens fpr further tests. My complaints of pain and fever has come down by then; but as they wanted tests I stayed in casualty.

I was in casuality doing ultra sound/ct scan etc. as asked by doctors. I paid 100 rupees per hour in casuality and waited for my reports till evening. By evening there was rashes all over my body and my face and eyes got swollen. They asked me to get admitted and later found out that the new symptoms was due to worst medicinal reactions to a pain killer given by the duty doctor, DYCLOFENAC. Meanwhile they did 11 blood tests (Dengue/Malaria/TB/platelletes/WBC all) and may urine tests. I was put on drips although I was taking food. 2 days they stopped all medications and just trearted me for the reactions. Now my muscle joints were swollen with severe pain. They treated me again with some anti biotics/pain killers for another 2 days. I had a feeling that they had no clue of my issues and was just treating me in the wild. Though there were no infections; I was tired due to medications and crippled in movements due to swollen muscle pains. At one point of time I remember they irritatingly told that I am allergic to so many medications.

I forced them to get me discharged on 21 Aug 2012. After a horrying experience with the insurance section (they charded 31000 rupees!); I managed a discharge.

Not mentioning about the staff and nurses who are just not caring and I felt like in an Andaman jail!

I took their medicines for 4 days and my conditions didn't change. Swelling and pain persisted.
I visited my regular ayurvedic doctor at 25 Aug 2012 and explained him all that happened.
He put me into his medication from that day and I started gaining my appetite, general health showed improvements; though swelling continued. Again one more visit to him, he started treatments for swelling and I was able to walk after 10 long days. I am recovering from home now.

I will meet MediHope MD, to know the treatment and diagnosis they did in their hospital and plan to clear some doubts they wrote in my discharge summary after I am fully recovered.
The IP No. and UHID No. for this ailment at Medihope are 515 & 4105.

The discharge summary stated Viral Infection and allergic reaction to DYCLOFENAC; and then a CT scan finding which may not be directly related with the current symptoms; but wanted me to get diagnosed through a surgical procedure that may take aweeks hospitalization again.

My plan is to go for a diagnosis outside MediHope for that CT scan diagnosis and then follow-up with MediHope for the treatements they did for me.

Till then my case is for the allergic medicinal reaction that the authorities overlooked which made me ill for a month ruining my health, along with other personal difficulties, for a viral infection.
I was admitted in Medihope last week for a similar infection. The doctors in medihope got all my tests done. And with the right medication given i was discharged in 3 days . I infact referred 2 of my colleagues to medihope and both of them were satisfied with the services of Medihope Hospital. Since i work in CV raman nagar, this hospital was the closest and i am happy that we have a good hospital in our residential area.
I was admitted in Medihope. very worst service they have given us. I am seeing different kind of things happening going on there. If any one want to go for checkup or any patient admit, Better to go for any good diagnostics center.

MediHope Hospital a newly opened hospital at Malleshpallya Bangalore, I had gastric problem so went to its emergency ward, got relief and came back to my home, after one day faced same problem so went to same hospital emergency ward got little relief and they gave me a injection to get sleep and I came back to my home, in the morning when I woke up I had bromating and loose motions started so I went to same place, they tried to treat me and meanwhile suggested my husband to get me admitted for getting better treatment, he agreed as I was suffering from loose motions and bromating and dehydration problems so it was suggested that I should be kept at deluxe room of their hospital so that I can get better care and privacy, he agreed I was admitted and doctors started coming asking what’s the problem? doing my check up and saying that start the treatment give the medicines immediately but due to lack of staff they could start my treatment after 2 hours and as they didn’t had deluxe room available so they provided me a semi deluxe room with only single patient me there and charged us for deluxe room we didn’t said anything for that. after starting the treatment they didn’t had enough nurses to take care of all the patients on that floor, so in such a critical condition having loose motions and bromating problem I had to wait every time for about 10 to 15 mins. for the nurse to come and remove the drip attachment so that I can go to washroom, because of which I had passes my stool in my clothes only for more than 4 times and to clean it they didn’t even had bucket mug and scope in the washroom for each and every thing even for water to drink after doing bromating i had to wait for 15 mins. With a dry throat and for towel we asked for so many times but they said that they don’t provide it but when they saw the condition was critical they provided it after 3 hours. When I couldn’t bear all that and asked that I want to speak to someone in their management. They said sorry for everything and doctor said that she will make the nurse understand and it won’t happen again. After that also it was continued for entire day. In the evening I again passed my stool in my clothes standing beside the bed as there was no nurse at the reception when sister went to search for them there was a nurse in some other room my sister called her she came and went back without removing the drip attached and by the time she came back and was removing it which took more than 15 mins. I passed my stool in my cloths. On which when I had a word with management they said that they will provide a dedicated nurse to me for rest of evening and night and he left. for about half an hour nurse was there and after that she left, and doctor came and said that my attendant can carry the drip bottle to washroom as nurse can’t be there for full time I was ok with that too, and at night duty nurses got changed and the nurses at nighttime were far better and took good care of me, but as the morning approached same nurses came back and started torturing me again, as the blood clotted at the disposable needle so the nurses pricked at another place they told me that they are doing it at a place and showed me that place but pricked at a place where it was touching my wrist's bone whenever I was moving my hand I told them that and asked to place it at another place and remove it from the wrist but they refused, and after sometimes a lady doctor came, I told them my problem and requested for changing the needle's place they said that they will ask nurse to change it but they didn’t chanced in spite of calling and asking them to change the place of needle they were not bothered, when I shouted on one of their nurse she agreed to change it she removed the needle from that place and in meanwhile one of that lady doctor came and started shouting at me that they can’t do so much and asked me to take discharge from the hospital as they can’t provide me anymore services, I was not even cured properly it was 12 noon when they said that and started my discharge procedure and by 3 pm they discharged and after clearing all the bills they refuses to give discharge summery to my husband saying that we can’t provide you that and later after a long time they agreed saying that we will provide it writing that patient wanted to leave the hospital so on patient’s will we are discharging her.
They have charged the consultation fee for the doctors who visited me and just asked how am I doing that’s it nothing else they didn’t even examined me, the doctors were not even bothered that the nurses were not giving me DNS drip since 6 am though they were suppose to give me that continuously according to doctor’s prescription and had stopped treating me after 10 am. For 24 hours I have paid INR 14000 including nursing charges from whom I didn’t got any proper service and that too not on time, medicines and consultation charges and other charges and came back to my home without getting cured.
Tell me how fair is that and how they can do this with a patient who is in such a critical condition.

I need your help, please help me and help other patients with whom they will be behaving in the same manner. They really tortured me and at that time when i was not supposed to be tortured.

I was admitted a few days ago with food poisoning. The treatment there was world class. The staff was excellent the doctors were excellent. I had a flight to catch the following day to Mumbai. The management was kind enough to provide me transport to the airport at their cost.
The next time I visit Bangalore hope I dont fall ill but if I do Medihope is the place to be treated at.

the new hospital is new in all aspects. there is no male attenders for male patients and the nurses will just wipe the hands and face and say its body wash for the patients who are admitted for days together in hospital. I was admitted for burns and my doctor will come to visit me the time he is about to go home. the nurse will not carry the reports and even if she carries she will not stay until doctor checks me completely as she will be running to see other patients so wht ever test dr recommends there will be no one to write it down. then dr will say i will inform them. the duty doctors who come along with senior doctors will come to the room only with senior doctor other wise he will nto bothered to see him but you will be charged Rs 1000 per day for that. there will be frequent power cuts even in night. the housekeeping people will not clean the floor then will clean once in a day and they dont even change the matteres or empty the dustbin. there is not proper administration, not proper operations management. the pharmacy people will not give you change if you insist they will write it in paper and next time you show that paper they will say claim the amount from the person who wrote it. so ridiculous. it will take years to improve if this condition persit.
                              Dear Divyaji
i fully agree with u. i too had a very bitter experience with them.
do u think whether our complaints will reach the concerned?

nurses are very bad. they neither understand English nor Hindi nor Kannada. they speak Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu. Very difficult to convey our problems. This delays the treatment and increases our panic.

my boss was admitted to this hospital and was treated very badly.
we took ddischarge on our own risk and went to Manipal hospital. There treatment was good and bill was less than what we paid in Medihope.

Billing section is very worst. Employees are very rude and have no manners. The one calls herself in-charge is very rude. speaks very harshly. Initiallyy while admitting, we were told about room charges and accordingly were admitted in ICU. we were told that we will be charged on hourly basis. we were there for 6 hours but charged for the whole day @ 7000/ . When contacted her, she started shouting at us. she behaved very strangely. she started hiding all papers and escaped. so we contacted MD .When met MD, we were told to go to charity hospital. we were shocked and asked for ddischarge. they refused to give ddischarge. after much hassling, were given ddischarge, which they gave after 4 hours.
you may not believe but they charged exorbitantly. for medical records they charged rs.750/-

to get ddischarge summary we had to fight again. The girl who was supposed to give it was using delay-tactics.
each time, i asked her for summary, i was told to come after 15 minutes. the reason behind this was the girl
does not know spelling of even simple words!. She was asking others for spelling. So to avoid further delay
i had to type our ddischarge summary .

If a patient comes they are ready to suck money from it. they en-cash patients weakness. i saw, simply creating panic, they make patient to get admitted.

                              HIGH CHARGES and WORST TREATMENT
I advise not to go to this hospital
I to went for the treatment @ medihope hospitals for my fever which was suspected as dengue.By seeing the media i was totally worried right from the day one i found their nurses support was good and total hospital staff were good and kind till i got discharged .yes i found small problem like housekeeping .But i feel there is no other hospital that can treat for the above said diseases in fact i my self had been sent back by an well known hospital in Bangalore which i don't want to name. now i like to thank for the director Dr.Amit agarwal and the total staff of medihope hospitals for my care they had taken .I feel the price should not be considered while it is for our health why i use this because they allow all our relatives and friends to visit and they are transparent in treatment where as in other hospitals they will not allow any one with out bribe and false version called tight security
at the last i like to quote this words that the lab is superb in case of suspect ion and identity of the diseases my special thanks for pathology and team

                              Mr.Lohith Reddy
Medihope is a horrible hospital which can kill you for money.I am Sibasis Panigrahi went to Medihope with a sore throat, where i had pain in my throat.I had little fever the day before and the same day i was ok. The attending doctor in OPD advised me to go for a blood test citing reason that in his patient history he has seen patient with throat pain can be a symptom of Dengue. Then after one hour i met him again where he called the pathology department in front of me and behaved in such a way that i am in the last stage of Dengue.he has suggested me for immediate hospitalization and said you are suffering from Dengue NS1.For three days they did treatment their with heavy doses of antibiotics and few other IV injections.Whene ever that doctor visited me in my cabin i asked for report he never shown that to me.Then i asked the nurse for my blood platelet count and it was pretty good on the first day itself it was 3.2, second day it was 3.6.then i grew suspicious and to my surprise my discharge summary said something else.I had enteric fever or typhoid, that to of small intensity(i check with other hospital about this). Then i tried to raise this issue with the hospital management, i met the MD and spoken this. they were not agreeing to my statements and said they will go by their record and everywhere that bloody doctor has mentioned enteric fever. But i had a proof my initial investigation report where he has suggested for hospitalization and had written i am suffering from dengue. That clever MD, very cleverly wanted to keep that proof with him, but i have learn my lesson by that time.
For a small fever and throat pain i ended up spending 25K.Along with that my wife struggled with my small kid between home and hospital. Now my insurance provider is not ready to reimburse my money as it was a minor fever.Due to high dose of antibiotics i struggled for almost 2 weeks to get strength and of course i had to be on leave from office. i am going to drag them to different courts with various charges like harassm, fraudulent treatment, life threat due to wrong treatment, over billing etc.

So please create awareness and do not visit this hospital where there is a threat to life.if somebody need proof to believe me then shoot me a mail at [protected]@gmail.com i am ready to show them.
                              Jago grahak jago.
hi, first i like to thank for all my friends and relatives who had refereed the name of Medihope hospitals which is been situated at malleshpalya due to the following reason.I am basically from north India i do not know the local language, i had an knee problem for which i had lost my sleep for many nights.so i was been advised by an well known orthopedics doctor to go for an magnetic therapy where the cost was landing for about 2 lakh and at the same time the doctor said me that my knee cartlidge has torn which i was not able to understand .At one time l felt like am not able to stand or walk this was the time that i was been referred by my friends and relatives at Bangalore about medihope hospitals. I went to the hospital where they are following the exact rules and regulations in all the procedures which is excellent job . They fixed an immediate appointment with on of the doctor called Mr.Amith agarwal who checked me completely and solved my total problem in small weekly consultation i.e he made me to move around and small physio therapy by which i am recovered with very less amount of consultation where i was about to loose lakh of rupees. At the next i came to know that DR.Amith agarwal is the Md of that hospital where i was shocked that know where in bangalore an MD of an hospital is so polite or have the time to meet others finally i would to thank an other physio Mr.Arun who has helped me in knee problem . Being an ortho surgeon Dr.Amith Agrawal would have given me an false report and he could have asked me to go for an surgery but DR.Amith never did this i am thank full to him for ever and his staffs.
The hospital is well connected and is in the city. I come from Hosakote. The senior doctors are very good and professional. Patient care, room services, food, billing, insurance, nursing towards patient and many more services are indeed appreciable.
I have a very bitter experience as well.

In very simple words I can define Medihope hospital - Unprofessional doctor and staff, money sucking and above all extremely unhygienic.

I took my wife there for a very minor surgery. The doctor we consulted was speaking in a way that he is the one and only doctor in India who can perform this surgery.

The casualty ward where the surgery was performed is situated just next to the main road from where gallons of smoke and tons of dust keeps coming in inside the casualty ward. During the entire process of surgery doctor was keep wearing his blazer like he never had one of these before. He was keep sweating and his sweat was dropping on patients face...isn't it disgusting? Any tom, dick and harry (some ward boys friend, some women staffs boyfriend) was keeping coming inside the casualty ward and watching that surgery and the height is during 20 minutes surgery doctor received 3 telephone calls and he literally attend all three calls which is ridiculous.

Later, I inquired about fees for the same surgery in Manipal hospital which is around two and half to three thousand, Medihope charged us all together five thousand. Post surgery, when my wife went to the hospital after taking an appointment with the doctor for stitch removal she found that doctor has not reached to the hospital by then and not only this doctor did not show up for almost 2 hours. When my wife asked the staff about doctors availability, she had been told to go and get the stitches removed by some staff in the causality. They removed the stitches, I don't know how? One day my wife found one peace of thread while changing the bandage, don't know if there are more threads under the wound.

Its my request to every one please gather some information about the doctor whom you are going to consult and also make yourself aware about the treatment suggested by the doctor. Above all never forget to ask question to the doctor about the treatment they are providing. Since we are paying consultation fees we have the right to take their time and have complete discussion.

Don't forget to search on GOOGLE if you have any doubt about the treatment or the medicine advised by the doctor.

Now the most ridiculous experience we had in that hospital, When my wife was waiting for the stitch removal one hospital person approached her and asked 'are you Chinese?" she replied no "I am Korean" In return that fellow said "Can you get me foreigner patient, I will pay you commission for every foreigner patient"

Can we expect good treatment from the doctors who are working in this hospital where every moment only one thought will be running in their mind "I need to get more money from the patient else I could not meet my target". Doctors profession is no more a noble profession. Hospitals and doctors are doing marketing business, they are nothing more than salesman.
This (MediHope - MalleshPlaya - Vignana Nagar) is one of the worst hospitals that I have ever seen: totally inexperienced doctors and money minded. They started the hospital with good note and were taking care of the patients in the right way for the first few months and changed in the past few months.

I had gone for a simple 30 minutes procedure (surgery) to remove a fatty deposit in my forehead (no problem what so ever with that - just that it was little disturbing while combing the hair) after a neurologist (not in this hospital) advised me to get this removed through a general surgeon. The general surgeon in MediHope did the procedure after which I have had bad experiences. There was a swelling in my forehead after a few days and felt like vomiting and had blurred vision & felt pressure all over head: when I informed the doctor who did the surgery (MediHope - MalleshPalya - Vignana Nagar), he said "this will go away in few days". It is more than two months now and the problem continues with his response being the same. I am consulting a set of doctors in another hospital with C.T scan to rule of any impact to the brain, etc.

Another experience: they had taken more than 3 months (same period of mine) to fail to diagnose a problem with numerous rounds of blood tests (repeated) with some of their doctors (ortho, general, skin, etc.) on a rotational basis while putting the patient on steroid tablets for no apparent reason!!!

The doctor was reading a car review in his desktop PC while the patients was explaining the problem !!!

Recent experience: they had asked the patient to perform Dengue test on the first day of fever (Dengue test is done minimum of after 3/4 days) as they came to know that the patient was traveling on that day.

Asked another patient to get admitted on the 1st day of fever!!!

Asked an ankle-sprained youth patient to get admitted for a day for ????

You make your call whether you want to spend your money to spoil your ill-health further, if not resolving your health problems.
This is not Medihope hospital, it should be renamed to MediHope-Less hospital. Worst hospital and staff.
