Medilife — Charged three times for single order

I ordered medicine on 17th march which i recieved on 20th march. I paid rs 164.4 via google pay but its not reflected in medilife app. So i again paid with paytm upi and it's successfully paid but again not reflected in medilife app. Then delivery person ask to pay to him as it's not reflecting in their medilife app so in order to get medicine i paid him via phonepay on his personal account.
Now i contact medilife persons for my refund multiple times but no solution.

For the order of rs 164 i paid rs 492 total beacause of their app issue and now medilife are not refunding me my rs 328 amount. I already called them multiple times.
