Medlife — About not getting my refund for the missing medicines

I have the honour to inform yu that my refund for the missing medicines is not initiated

i want the refund of the order which was placed on Order Id: OR5987WVA-029A which was placed on 03/11/2020.
and i have not returned any medicines

i want the refund of my missing medicines

plz cancel the return request as it was raised by you
i have told the same to the your senior executive SRITIJ SIR

as per i asked your customer executive they told that the refund is already initiated in your bank account
is the above information provided by medlife is correct or not

and as told by sritij sir the senior executive medlife told me that they will initiate my refund till 7/12/2020
