Medlife — Bad resolution | |
Hello team, My mother is not feeling well and i have ordered oximeter through medlife online on mon, 17th aug 2020 and i received a damaged oximeter and we cannot keep the finger in it as the inside rubber slap is blocking so i have requested for a return and no one has come for pick up, but in the website it was saying refund completed and refunded. I have been calling chandrapal [protected] he is not lifting the phone. On 10 sep 2020 i have called him on whats app and he lifted the phone whe i asked him why are you lifting the phone as i am calling you since 2 weeks. He replied saying i was busy! And he was using bad language. As a customer i want this issue to be resolved asap.
