Medlife — blood test report of varuna

Medlife lab assistant visited my house on 17/11/2018 and collected blood sample, they assured that report will be mailed to me within 48 hours. For this blood test I remitted Rs. 649/-on 17.11.18 and they acknowledged vide receipt no.3485. Subsequently I contacted them several times, even yesterday also I contacted them and it is assured that report will be mailed to me by today morning. Kindly inform how to get the blood report.
