Medlife — blood tests reports not received

I had done my blood work on 16th of october, and i had also paid for the hard copy in advance which they asked for. Now some of the reports are missing and & they are not even sending the copy. I have spoken unnumber of times but they are not bothered to even respond. Worst service and insensitive to your problems causing mental agony. First they promised to send someone to recollect samples, but now theyseem to have blocked my no as the registered no never get connected. Strict action should be taken against such companies, so as it is known that you can't take the consumer for a ride. There are consequences for such irresponsible behavior.
