No update for delivery not fixed assurity of order from call center or pharmasist..

Neigher complaint nor status after pharmasist called n alterned items n delivery period s told today as per call records..

Neither phone call s attended to pharmacy dept from escalation desk. No complaint no given..

App has issue and call center has big issue. As they treat order no s ur complaint no.

It s big issue as no update.
Sms facility s not proper no.

Delivery estimated time is too long. Nor update has given tgr sms nor we can see in app. Also when we transferred to call to pharmasist it will take 40 mins time n get disconnected... Where to register a complaint..
