Medlife — cancellation problem of my orders

I had booked some medicines through medlife application. After their confirmation i had known that these orders will take more time to reach. So, i wanted to cancel all of my orders, but no orders found. But they conveyed all delivery information through sms. But i tried to cancel all orders, no help option found. Otherwise i wrote their about my problems and told cancel my orders. But they did notgive any positive reply and atlast they sent all orders. So, i have one request please give us positive reply and keep an option to help. Iam extremely sorry i could not take it. But my suggesstion is please before delivery please be assure or confirmed.
