They send us link to make payment.. Once we paid they say they do not have stock of medicine and say we are refunding money to wallet..in their wallet there is no option to withdraw money to bank account.. They have forfeited our money as our money is blocked with them..

Neither they have medicine nor money can be withdrawn to bank so our money lost with their wallet... This is cheating..
